I thought that was a decent performance and of the games I have seen this season it was the best I have seen them play. We definitely deserved a draw if not three points. I thought Mair, Foster, Miller and Duff played really well considering some of the stick they have taken on here and elsewhere in the past. Mackie really is shite and has to go, he just is not good enough. Apart from him I thought they all played quite well.

That was fckin pish. I actually thought Foster had a decent game for once and Aluko, Severin and Diamond tried - but the rest of the team were missing. McDonald skied THREE chances from less than 15 yards. That just isn'tgood enough. And Tommy Wright Wright Wright was fckin Shite Shite Shite.

The weather over here (I'm in Brooklyn) is fantastic today, blue sky as far as the eye can see. I think it will go ahead. As an aside, I was at Arthur Ashe Stadium last week for Djokovic and Celic and couldn't believe the size of the place - over 23 000 people and, as far as I could see, pretty much every seat had a fantastic view! I think the Americans do events like these very well, from the singing of the anthem to the upbeat music between games. I wonder how it would compare to Wimbledon - I've never been.

3-2 down in the 3rd, with Nadal to serve. Cancelled due to weather though until Sunday, as is the womans final.

I met Deano when my brother was in the Dons Youngstars (do they even still exist?), and they had one of their end of season bashes. Seemed a really decent bloke, took the time to speak to almost everyone (no mean feat given the amount of people in the RDS that day, and gave his all for AFC. I agree Bobby, one of my best days as an AFC supporter was when Miller left the club. :wave:
