Raith Rovers chairman Turnbull Hutton has gone in feet first:
Sounds like he should be in charge of Scottish football, not the cunts we have at the moment.
Do we take it from these tweets that the SFA are not on board with these proposals, and it is being spearheaded by the SPL? If so, I'll take back what I've been saying in other threads about the SFA involvement. Although its not clear whether a "senior Hampden source" is somebody in the SFA or not.
Latest Thomo tweets:
SFL powerpoint document should be met with utter contempt by all decent football fans - senior source in Hampden Pk tells #c4news
Source says this is nothing less than a crude takeover bid by Scottish Premier League for Football League...
Senior Hampden source tells #c4news cannot see how RFC were allowed to play last season at all. Doesn't believe they met finance criteria...
Senior Hampden source: they and clubs now inundated by fanpower demanding integrity over money. Says fans are right...
Not spending any money on the SFA until newco are dealt with properly. They are all over this plan to rape the fans and dump newco into division 1. They deserve nothing but contempt if they continue to attempt to push it through.
Why protect a team that are part of the problem why our National team is so shite?
I'm not up for waiting for this to all blow over before Doncaster is shown his jotters, he should be shown them now, he is shaming Scottish football - in fact I'd argue for him being hung, drawn and quartered.
Yeah but I smell a rat considering Rod "Sporting Integrity" Petrie has already briefed Green on the plan, so I worry we are getting taken for a ride by the SPL. I would love to be proved wrong though.
So rather than a vote to reject newco to the SPL, the clubs are now voting to punt them to division 1? If that is the case, I think we need some clarification on how AFC are going to vote. If they vote yes to this proposal then heads should roll.
