  1. Should we really be looking at people in their 80s?
  2. McGlynn could be another Paterson! I agree with stoney! Somebody from down south. Would be nice to think the board might enquire about Curbishley.
  3. 2/1 it was none of them. One of the worst articles I've read in a while.
  4. Just started a thread about that, will delete it. Good article.
  5. BBC story now including Hughes and Gus fucking MacPherson in their updated story:
  6. For me, Langfield and Aluko were good under Calderwood. Anyway, new manager, they'll all need to impress as they are playing for their careers.
  7. Allegedly tomorrow's T in the Park announcement is going to include Metallica, Faith No More and Foo Fighters.

  9. Sounds like a decent point to me!
  10. Fair enough, I hadn't heard any of that. Just trying to think something out of left field. I see Curbishley's on Sky Sports 1 just now. His phone hasn't rung yet...

  12. Ray Wilkins has just been spotted in the Highland Hotel.
  13. Alan Pardew anyone? Just throwing it out there....
  14. I was a fan of Calderwood, but go to agree with the above. We need a new man. Would take Butcher, Strachan or Curbishley even though we won't get any of those three.
  15. From AFC statement: Willie Miller?
  16. Must have btr's thread that did it! Hope he walked.
  17. On BBC Sport ticker now!

Forth Road Bridge was shut earlier, as was the A90 near Stonehaven.
  19. That'll be why they are renegotiating with the bank.
  20. Finishing 9th in the league got the blame, and poor cup runs with very few home games. For wages they've said that the reason they are lower is that there is a new bonus scheme in place, and that the wages on playing staff is slightly lower than the year before. I also noted from the report that executive directors have taken a pay cut which is included in the above figure - I'm assuming both Miller and Fraser are the only ones getting paid. As for the loans, they are currently renegotiating their bank facilities so I don't know if that means the loan will end up being due further down the road!?
  21. I think if the current run of form continues, he'll be gone by the AGM.
