  4. Premier League - Keys and Gray caught slating Walcott Sky Sports presenters Richard Keys and Andy Gray got caught out live on air after a technical glitch meant some of their comments were heard during a match. Veteran anchor Keys and chief analyst Gray were reportedly heard talking over some feeds of Arsenal's 4-1 defeat in Barcelona on Tuesday criticising Gunners winger Theo Walcott, with Keys also joking about someone's flatulence in the studio. England international Walcott helped create the opening goal, but had an otherwise disappointing performance at the Camp Nou. The Sun reported that at one point during the match, the 21-year-old went to ground, Keys was heard to say on an online stream of the match: "Get up, you stupid little boy. "You've been s***e, son, in your daft pink boots - absolute rubbish." Later on, former TV-am presenter Keys asked studio pundits Graeme Souness and Ruud Gullit: "Who's farted? It's not me." Gray was also heard laying into Walcott on a feed picked up on Dutch television. According to the Daily Mail, the former Everton, Wolves and Aston Villa striker said: "That Walcott's s***e, isn't he?" With Lionel Messi's sensational first-half hat-trick ending the tie as a contest, Gray's attentions turned to half-time refreshments, and he was also heard asking: "Is someone going to get the teas on?" A Sky spokesman denied the incidents, saying: "There were no technical issues with the audio on the night. "On Sky coverage no conversations could be heard behind the live match commentary, and we did not supply any feeds to outside broadcasters. Richard has no reaction."
  5. One less nutcase on the planet tonight then. Gardenstown hit mob perhaps?
  6. No for me, unless McGhee is sacked, or he is given significant money, and it has to be done before the season ticket renewal date for existing season ticket holders. I've sat in the same seat for 8 years and this is the first year it's seemed liked a complete waste of money.

  8. I didn't think it was a great night for SAF to be honest. While playing Rooney gave the team and the fans a boost, he limped through most of the first half, and has appeared to aggravate his ankle injury. And his tirade after the game were a bit silly IMHO.
  9. Football should be played on grass.
  10. Gray was a disgrace last night, but why should we be surprised. He clearly hates it when an EPL team get knocked out.
  11. Ibrahimovic has let them down, Messi is having to do far more this season, as last season their front three were all scoring regularly. While they are depending on Messi, Xavi is still pulling a lot of strings in midfield for them.
  12. 4 goals for Messi!
  13. Scrappy game but what a performance from Messi, three excellent goals! Wayne who?

  15. Agree with most of the above, apart from Mulgrew - he seems better at centre half than left back. He's a total liability at left back, while he's only a slight liability at centre half.
  16. IMHO only Diamond and Foster can be considered for player of the season, and with Diamond missing much of it, I'd go for Foster. He's nay the world's best but has been relatively consistent this season. What a fucking awful season it's been. Disgrace if Keane gets player of the season for the SPL. He shouldn't even be nominated. What a joke league.
  17. I did, it was excellent. Coming back to Aberdeen in November but it's the same tour he's just done. I highly recommend if anyone hasn't seen him though.
  18. It's not what you're talking about but I often watch IRL (Dario Franchitti is reigning champion) and you can get more action in one lap of that, than the whole of the Grand Prix. Pretty poor F1 race yesterday but the new points system is making it interesting, it's all really close so far.
  19. Not been the same since the fallout with McGhee over the Nigerian squad carry-on.
  20. Can see us finishing 10th or 11th as Falkirk, St Mirren and Killie will be fighting for their lives post-split, and they'll beat us on current form.
  21. That was awful. The club should be seriously concerned at a massive fall in season ticket sales for next season unless they either back the manager with a lot of cash, or sack him before the end of the season - only way they'll get many of us to renew.
  22. Saw Frankie Boyle on Saturday night. As brutal as ever but he only did about 75 mins with no encore. Was this the same in Glasgow? Support act was very good (Craig Campbell) Saw Rhod Gilbert a few weeks ago, and thought he was head and shoulders above Frankie. That's the third time I've seen Frankie Boyle, perhaps I'm just getting used too used to his material.
