Supposedly a case in Aberdeen. Lots of folk keen on reality checks - not as serious as other health issues, etc... it’s all blown out of proportion etc... However surely the point is that as there’s no vaccine it’s only going to put a strain on a countries health service, as each person on average passes it on to 2.5 people, and the mortality rate is higher than influenza. So it does need to be nipped in the bud pretty sharpish. Can see Olympics being pulled.

As usual you're missing the point, and still haven't got over the reasons why Scotland didn't say "Yes" the last time. Anyway, there's more anti-Brexit sentiment in Scotland than there is pro-independence. But as an academic (can't remember who) stated in the Guardian a couple of months back, Scottish independence will come from something the English do, not a drive from Scotland, and that's exactly what will happen. Many will now vote for independence partly because they reject this hard-right Brexit that will be forced upon us - and I'll certainly be one of them. Obviously there is now the added complication that a sub-section of the Scottish population want Brexit AND Scottish Independence.
