The problem I have with Chris Chrighton is that he changes his tune far too often, he does not stick to a consistent message. One minute he is full of praise for Calderwood, next he is calling for his head.

So why did he say... You can't have it both ways you know. He's criticised whether he does or doesn't take the blame by some fans.

I'd rather not slaughter him on just one performance.

Finally read the OP. Surely Calderwood doesn't going on ski-ing holidays - where did that come from? Martin Gilbert - sounds like the OP has a chip on his shoulder, as AAM are doing very well these days and are a hugely respected financial group. Whether Gilbert spends enough time on AFC is a different matter though.
