  1. The boy sitting next to me at the game seemed to get Vidal and Sone mixed up all night.
  2. Agreed Miller denied him his chance, but you're suggesting Pawlett for right back or striker?
  3. Miller just shades it for me. Aluko, Mulgrew, Vidal also played very well.
  4. They both looked okay but it had become a training exercise by the time they came on, so they never got a chance to impress much.
  5. Played well tonight, took his goal well. Foster was his usual self!
  6. Just in. It was a stroll in the park. Game was over with the sending off, but the keeper didn't give the ref much choice. We played well and were in complete control. Some decent goals - not sure if Wright's was deliberate or not but it looked good. Aluko and Miller probably our best players. Just as well Maguire scored as his attempts before and after his goal were shocking, particularly the one on one with the keeper that landed in row M! If he's been credited with two goals then the first looked like an O.G. from the keeper for me. Decent sized crowd - looked about 10K which is not bad. I could be wrong though!
  7. Maybe you should take up running?

  9. Spot on, with all your points above! Should be a cracking weekend.
  10. What a great idea for a slogan on a t-shirt!
  11. I was under the impression we'd switched to 2-4-4 at some point in the second half? (perhaps too late?)
  12. I've just seen Mackie's goal on the BBC highlights. Wow, that's best goal he's scored for us. It was a belter!
  13. VIP camping is a waste of money IMHO. You get your own tent already set up and fenced off area to camp in, with your own toilets but its not worth it. Last year Rockness had the cleanest bogs I've seen at a festival, so your own private toilets didn't really make much difference. I suggest you camp with the masses unless you have money to burn. 14. I don't know if they are strict on underagers, but I have to say the food on offer at the festival is superb - really good quality stuff in the Argyle Food tent. Also got lots of decent drink, including real ale. You won't get in to the arena from the campsite with much booze on you. I'd probably spend £100-£150 in three days mostly on booze, and some food in the arena.
  15. Nature's Great Events - another cracking natural history series from the Beeb.
  16. Should have booked through http://www.thebooth.co.uk/, cheaper booking fees. Its a cracking festival though. I've got my tickets!

Looking good, especially now Nadal's got the trainer on.
