  1. LOL. Fuck knows who is advising him if he ends up there. Is he into Grabbing Grannies or something?
  2. I bet you spent a good half an hour in the "music for bed wetters" section
  3. I told you that further up this thread! Like I say, do we have any record shops left in Aberdeen if HMV close?
  4. Robert Peston suggesting it might not be quite the end of HMV because the music and film industry still need a High Street retailer: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-21023602
  5. Who would you prefer?
  6. Not sure it'll boost the crowd much but agree with your first sentence. I have no reason to believe that he won't play a more positive style of football as Scotland manager. Time to give him all our support.
  7. Can't say I've been in an HMV for a long time but I do order online from them now and again as they had started to compete with play.com and Amazon but I fear they have left it too late. They are such an iconic chain (the Oxford Street store is amazing) and it'll be a real shame if they do end up going to the wall. With One-Up set to close too, do we have any record shops in Aberdeen!? The Union St store will no doubt turn into yet another fucking bookies.
  8. Barton seems to have accused him of being a coke head. EDIT: Some of it is here: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/queens-park-rangers/9801632/Joey-Barton-and-former-Liverpool-and-Man-City-midfielder-Dietmar-Hamann-in-frankly-hilarious-Twitter-altercation.html#
  9. I don't think it's a good idea if Monty becomes 2014 Ryder Cup captain. The days of captains doing it more than once has passed (although Tom Watson has captained before). I can see why they are maybe considering him, as Tom Watson is probably going to be a very tough captain to come up against, but it's probably time for somebody else to lead Europe. I guess we'll find out tomorrow afternoon.
  10. Sounds like a fucking shambles as usual. Why try and rush something through that appears to be fairly unpopular amongst large numbers of supporters and now some football club chairmen as well?
  11. Won't be long before the chairman is on the blower with "Houston, we have a problem". (I'll get my coat)
  12. Arab sitting next to me is delighted by this news
  13. Why would they want him?

    Sna

Fair dinging down in Aberdeen this morning.
  15. He didn't bother his arse every time Jimmy was here either (see Queen of the South semi final). He's a rather unlikable cunt.

  17. And this month's prize fud award goes to...
  18. Friday night is not a football night. Fact.
  19. http://www.heraldscotland.com/news/home-news/green-rangers-could-use-sex-discrimination-laws-to-sue-uefa.1357906317 No really, you couldn't make it up!
  20. Savile offended at 13 hospitals, including Great Ormond Street in London, and one offence was recorded at Wheatfields Hospice in Leeds in 1977 His youngest victim was eight and the oldest was 47 The earliest allegation is from 1955 in Manchester and the last in 2009 Offences were carried out at the BBC between 1965 and 2006 - including at the last Top of the Pops recording Peak offending took place between 1966 and 1976 Some 73% of victims were under 18 Most of those abused were aged 13 to 16 There is "no clear evidence" he operated in paedophile ring, although "whether he was part of an informal network" is still being investigated Astonishing that he wasn't taken to task on this while he was alive.
  21. A reminder of the supporters survey that was conducted to gauge fans preferences for league reconstruction: http://sonstrust.files.wordpress.com/2013/01/supportersdirect2012surveypresentation.pdf Are they even going to both consulting the fans with their 12-12-18 idea?
  22. I personally think he's better off staying at ICT than Barnsley and it arguably shows more ambition. He could ICT into Europe.
