1. decent article on suarez to arsenal. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/blog/2013/jul/24/arsenal-luis-suarez-liverpool Suarez is such a quality pantomime villain, hope he stays in England.

4. Glad the baby has been born safely............ lets be honest that bloodline doesn't have a good track record at making it out of tunnels alive I did feel a little guilty at the guffaw that sprang from me when I received this text
5. Hutton, when employed correctly, is a cracking attacking fb. If he's told to sit back he does not have the tactical nous and end's up resorting to thuggery. When told to push forward regularly with either a wide mid or a defensive midfielder (like Macarthur against croatia) covering his position he is a real asset.
6. Christ no Tom, I pretend I don't even like football

Formula One

Absolutely, it was great entertainment! Tyres blowing out is not ideal, obviously, but to say serious injury was genuine threat is going waaaaaaaaaaaay over top IMO. F1 cars are so tough now, safety is the top priority. Eg the kubica crash of 2007 http://www.streetfire.net/video/canadian-grand-prix-robert-kubica-horror-crash-wh_120993.htm all he suffered was a slight concussion and sprained ankle.

23. Borussia Dortmund coach Jürgen Klopp says Shinji Kagawa's peripheral role at Manchester United brings tears to his eyes. Klopp brought Kagawa to Europe from Cerezo Osaka for just €350,000 in 2010 and the Japanese emerged into one of the most outstanding attackers on the continent in his two title-winning seasons with Dortmund. United signed the 24-year-old for £17 million last summer however Sir Alex Ferguson failed to find a regular berth for him in the starting XI, which has left Klopp despairing for his former player. [*]"Shinji Kagawa is one of the best players in the world and he now plays 20 minutes at Manchester United – on the left wing! My heart breaks," Klopp told the Guardian. "Really, I have tears in my eyes.
