  1. The Gothenburg arena
  2. they proper suck the boaby!
  3. Oooo I would snap him up, never a player that was blessed with pace so don't see his age as an issue. A player that can really pick a pass, something we are crying out for
  4. Jings Hebrew don't normally see so much venom in your posts
  5. I could list many reasons, it's my mums fault for labelling me an Aberdeen fan because she grew up in Glasgow and didn't want me following the old firm or great games I've been to or the great friends I have made through footballetc etc etc. I can't help but think though that I love Aberdeen because I'm a fucking idiot.
  6. Ifil wasn't bad when I saw him against utd at tannadump but I attribute that to being alongside considine.
  7. Saw footage of dergie ranting at motson a few years back. Was well funny!
  8. Benji is a player that just needs an arm around him. Mowbary knew that which is he was a key player under his regime. Cregg is a player of limited ability but so is foster, I'd have him. I'm with Bb on moutinho every time I've seen him he's impressed me. Sign all 3 if had a say
  9. Bye Charlie, I've enjoyed a few free kicks but shit it every time some one runs at you. Foster has a better shot at getting a call up than you ever will...... and he's not going to
  10. I would very much like craig bryson, clever hard working Player. Any word on what dorman is doing?
  11. One point I would make about lower league players is that the current standard in the spl is as low as it has ever been so not such a gap anymore. I would have a few boys of county and caley in a second. That said mcallister is a fucking idiot. Bags of talent, very little desire to use them. I knew someone close to him when he was at ict and all he wanted to so was get a normal job so he could sesh with his mates. He now works as an apprentice sparkie with someone I know and his attitude hasn't changed. The boy is thick as mince
  12. I would have hart back for sure, he's an Aberdeen boy if I recall correctly?
  13. That's a really good read, champagne charlie was just before my time as I got into football quite late. I can't say I've always agreed with him as a pundit but he's got it spot on with his assesment of player leaving for diddy english teams just for a little extra coin.
  14. Its good for a few reasons, decent rivalry on the park as they have such a stinking record against us. It is added to by the fact that there are loads of aberdeen fans in inverness which pisses off ict fans as well as meaning for a lot of the away support its essentially a home game and they can get on the blooter early doors in the comfort of their own home.
  15. Fuck pressley, as a player he was hardly a shining beacon of fair play and silky football. Pot kettle black
  16. I've got to be honest, I don't care how the three points were won, they were won and that is what is important. Touch wood relegation is now not an issue, I for one am delighted that a disappointing season is coming to a close. Its been a fucking nightmare no two ways about it but I have faith in MM. His career record is sound and regardless of this campaign i will not advocate calling for his head...... yet...... If its still abysmal by xmas that will change but I think an aberdeen legend deserves the patience of the fans to at least get his own team on the park. Scottish football is facing tough times, we might be in debt but whatever can be said about milne and his spending we at least don't have to worry about administration unlike a lot of other sides if press speculation about upcoming financial reports are to be believed. There are many sides I dislike but (gruesome twosome aside) I would hate to see scottish teams go to the wall. This depression (not just us but the scottish game in general I mean) has been coming for a while but it won't last for ever. I know its hard not to be disheartened but what doesn't kill you...... Well hopefully anyway. Stand free folks
  17. totally, Every team has dips in form. this one is really shit but i have faith it will get better.
  18. Don't sweat it dude, I skipped past it like a 3 yo parapalegic would a grassi challenge so its all good :-)
  19. Aye your not the first I've heard to be pissed at mulgrew's attitude this season. Re whyte, I didn't think he was a bad captain. He was never shy of taking responsibility or trying to motivate players. No where he fell down was that he was just nothing short of an appalling footballer! The only worse defenders I have seen at aberdeen are byrne and solberg
  20. In all honesty it was in reference to the stand free dvd (watched it a few weeks ago) here his first season was described as disappointing.
  21. Its been a shite season and that's the truth! I would be a liar if I said I wasn't casting jealous eyes at derek adams at the moment, its some job he has done with county. That said though I don't think MM is a bad manager, his track record backs this up. I know its tempting tobin him but I think he'll turn it round given time. Its a fair point to say that fergie's first season was pretty stinking, if its still crap by xmas consider me in the mm must go club but for now I'm going to advocate patience.
  22. I might be moving to aberdeen in the summer so will be getting one if I do. If so think I might try a season in the south stand
  23. To dave Not criticising MM for playing mulgrew at ch just pointing out how thin our squad is that we have to.
  24. Very good article indeed, really summed it up for me nicely
