My county contact says the average age of the squad is about 24 and everything that has been done under his reign has been thinking 6-12-18 months down the line. Bit unlucky with results but been playing quite well. Beat falkirk away today too. I concede its a gamble but who isnt at the moment? I would have trepidation about Jocky Scott on the grounds that he blew it massively at dundee with a squad that should have waltzed the league and that i dont think he has moved with the times with regards to training methods and man management.
