Night and day between that performance and the one against der hun. The bench was ludicrously strong too, when Cosgrove and and Edmundson are fit its going to be the strongest squad we have had in a long time.

Hopefully that is 3 at the back. Really don't fancy Boyle running at consi if he's lb

Precious ????. Aye rocket, I'm the precious one, don't let anyone tell you any different.... Though you strike me as the kind of person that can't be told anything so I suppose that's unnecessary advice. Putting up a sign saying you're going off topic doesn't make it invisible to everyone who just wants to talk about the game. I don't think anyone who posts on here regularly could possibly blame me for being bored of your proselytising.

Do us a favour folks, go create a gambling thread if you want to bicker about the morality of gambling. This is a really interesting fixture. We are starting to look like we are up to match speed, and hibs are going to be a real test. Not looking forward to facing Boyle, he's always good against us.

Well Saturday was grim but my honest feeling on it is both teams looked miles off game pace. The goal we conceded reeked of a defence that hadn't played enough together in recent times. Annoyingly I was just thinking we had weathered their fairly energetic but not much cutting edge storm too. Thought hernandez looked pretty decent in spots though so fingers crossed for him. Seen ojo take a lot of stick, at least he got involved and I certainly didn't think he was out worst performer. I would love to know how many touches bryson actually got of the ball as he was a complete passenger. Given the context of the season it was a cunt of a first game to get but at least its out of the way. Re Mcinnes. Like many I wouldn't necessarily be adverse to a change depending who it was changing for but given the team hasn't played a competitive game for 4-5 months some of the comments are waaaaaaaay over the top. Besides, he's not going anywhere so it's fairly pointless talking about it.

Just heard a rumour that Steven Fletcher is at cormack Park and cormack will be paying his wage

It's easy to feel a bit apprehensive about this one because the huns are going to be all kinds of motivated to get a good start. But under all kinds of pressure too and losing your star centre forward less than a week before the campaign starts will not help them. If we win this can you imagine the meltdown though? Guy I work with is a big rangers fan, he's pretty switched on for one of them though and he reckons they are still soft in the middle of defence. Cant deal with crosses apparently. Honestly got no idea how this one will go but I think it's safe to say they will be coming at us from ko. As long as we don't concede early and let them get any momentum though we should be fairly evenly matched. If you offered me a point just now I would probably take it.

Do it or or don't but actually having an issue with it is basically saying you think it's OK for a person to be murdered slowly and in plain view of the public by the police whilst he's begging for his life. Lest we forget it was all because they thought he may have spent a fake 20 buck note.

3 years left on his contract, best we can hope for is 3.5 imo
-
Hedges, wouldn't be surprised to see him moved on.
-
Moved his family back NI as well as I understand it. Can see them going for Adams

It's an eyebrow raiser for me. I know he has a hertz connection but on the face of it utd are on the up and hearts don't even know when their going to be playing football. I wonder if he'd been told shankland was going to have to be sold or hearts are really confident about their legal challenge.

Depends who the player is to be fair. Hayes isn't likely to be taking the piss wage wise anyway, he'll have made a good wedge at the tims and he doesn't seem the money grabbing kind (eg when Cardiff came in for him).

Dingus said Archibald was the best player he ever played with

In my time the two best I have witnessed are probably jess and stavrum, those two would complement each other really well

I've been paying increasing attention to Craig Murray the past wee while, very switched on guy. 2 things about that article I would like to know buwlt we never will. I would love to know how much gsk made from the NHS by bribing other companies not to produce their out of patent drugs and also how much they paid in bribes altogether. 37.6 mill is a hefty fine to most eyes but they could have made billions extra from the nhs and given no-one ever went to jail from it it reeks of slap on the wrist.

Sportsound have said a few times that the sfa have said the competition will be completed. Last I've heard on it.
-
He had the instinct alright but as manc says not the best service. I'll always remember him fondly though for that hattrick at Tannadice. Best signing mcghee made.

I'm imagining Cummings going all weekend at bernies with bojo now...

I'm quite happy with the twelve team league to be honest. Only thing I would change would be the play offs. Semi finals with 4th playing second bottom and 3rd v 2nd.

Government handling of this has been appalling rocket. Only thinking about business, indeed I'm sure they would be delighted if a whole bunch of high cost pensioners were soon not on their books anymore.

There's literally no answer to this that isn't shit.

He's in a tricky spot now Al, no question of it and I thought he looked a bit broken by it all yesterday both on the touchline and the post match presser. If they get papped out by Leverkusen their season is over and he will have a very hard task in trying to get performances out of players who are going to be thinking about the beach. Add to that a very unforgiving home crowd that have a right to be pissed off given the investment made by the club and the next few months could be very tough for slippy. It must have at least crossed his mind by this point that the enormity of the task ahead of him might not be worth the effort in terms to the risk to his reputation and what his best possible exit strategy might be if so. On that score he's fucked though as there's only two ways out. If he quits he looks like he's bottled it, end of. The only way the board would be moved to fire him (new 4 year deal an all) would be because the team has completely collapsed in the final few months of the season. I honestly don't have a clue if he will be in charge for the start of next season but I reckon there's plenty popcorn moments to come from the tribute act yet. -
