  1. Aye and given the relatively small crowd going you'll be fine. It will be busier getting out but that's always the case.
  2. All of which Alex Neil knows. The likes of Naismith and hoolahan stay fit we have a chance of keeping him for the season assuming Maddison himself wants to stay.
  3. No worries. Compensation is pretty standard in such cases, it's usually the wages of the player for the remainder of the loan.
  4. No he wasn't, he was signed for the season. https://www.google.co.uk/amp/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/aberdeen-disappointed-danny-ward-returned-10716804.amp And the club were compensated I can assure you.
  5. What frustrates me is we got about 300k from liverpool for recalling ward early. We could have got Mcgovern for a third of that from hamilton and i reckon we would have pushed the tims all the way with a decent keeper. I actually am coming to think that Lewis is better than Ward, if only because of how well he organises the defence in front of him. He's a real find.
  6. It needs a goal but it's not been too bad
  7. There's still plenty of time for the Saint's to turn their season around and Jack Ross looks to be a great appointment. Hopefully this will be good for LS.
  8. I suspect Maddison himself would probably like to see out the season with us and I'm hoping that might swing it in our favour. Time will tell on this one but let's hope Hoolahan and Naismith don't get injured.
  9. I really wish we had AOC and Lewis last season, we would have won the league imo
  10. Proactive.
  11. I put my money where my mouth was as well but cashed it out pretty much the moment stockley scored. Pretty solid performance and second game on the bounce we have won 4-0, happy days. It's a real shame we didn't have lewis and oconnor last season.
  12. You're welcome.
  13. No changes to the team unless injury enforced I suspect. Wouldn't even bench Jack, there's no need to rush his comeback, semi final or not it's still Morton and we should have enough about us to do without him. Indeed I would argue that Shinnie and Maclean have built a bit of an understanding in recent games and I would like to see where that goes. I still maintain that Shinnie's best position is LB but Considine has been very effective there the past few games and certainly doesn't warrant dropping. out Home Home Pub I think we might score a few goals tomorrow, the squad is well rested and on a high. County can be a tough nut to crack but Maddison is such an ace in the pack at the moment..... An early goal would make all the difference and Paul Quinn is going to fucking hate playing against him. 4-0 dons rooney (2) Maddison and Mcginn
  14. I have a lot of love for the Irish but whilst the traitors don the top I won't support them. If Rooney and Hayes were to get a game though this would trump the malice I feel toward the traitors.
  15. In. Dunno why, just would.
  16. With the gambling charge he's toast, hell they probably won't even have to pay him off.
  17. I think he would jump at the chance Al. Derby is a pretty big club capable of getting to, and surviving in, the top flight with the right guy at the helm. I'm not for a second saying he is that man but he will think he is. If he does go there's going to be some hun interest in DM at the very least but I'm not convinced he'd be a shoe in for it though. If the horribles have any sense they will be wanting a chat with Tommy Wright as well.
  18. Scottish blend, I'm on call tonight
  19. The girl has a glint in her eye, it's an aye from me.
  20. Awwww. Bless.
  21. Welcome aboard abmadders. I used to browse mad from time to time but never posted. Is Walter Sobchak going to be joining us do you think? His wyowyn posts were fucking epic.

    Podcasts.

The guardian's football weekly is excellent.
  23. After the heroics of calling a 7-0 win for barca last round the super computer has been whirring away and has just spat out 4-0 city. Put everything you have on it. Banker.
  24. Easter Road would be the best option. Tynecastle is a great ground but you get about 3k more into ER, I can see morton being able to sell 4-5k and AFC taking 15k. The extra seats at ER would ensure most, if not all, fans getting a ticket.
  25. Agreed.
