I would have loved to have gone to a game there before they moved but such is life. They have 20k more season tickets to sell next season hence the ticket price but they clearly have loft aspirations and why not? They will be quite a big draw next transfer window as they now have the ideal set up. Big stadium in London with a big and loyal fan base + a shit load of telly money. Bilic seems to know what he is doing as well!

I knew nothing about deapool before I went to see it which added to the experience..... I've been thinking about it a lot the past few days and it's really hard to think of any real flaw to the film. It's defo going to be remembered as a classic in future years.

I finally got around to seeing Deadpool last night. Worth the hype, its beautiful satire on so many levels. I also couldn't help but note how many superhero movie trailers there were pre film. It had to be about 3/4 of them at least, and the the words over saturated came to mind by the end of them. Interestingly Deadpool is set to take more money than the last, and highest grossing, x men movie.

I think we are more than capable of winning at Tynecastle, they ain't all that as St J showed yesterday and they are playing Inverness away 3 days prior to the match. It's a winnable game for sure and we may yet get Rooney back in time for it too so I'm not writing that one off just yet. It was such a suckerpunch yesterday and watching it unfold was torture. I've been getting horrible wee flashbacks all day... this one is going to take a while to get over. Completely agree about shinnie, there are just so many better options in midfield but him. That's not a criticism of his midfield displays but there's no one that can go in midfield that that even comes close to covering his loss to the defence multiplied by Considine having to play LB. Flood or Storie would have been better options yesterday.

Still on the a9 north, utter cunt of a day. McInnes really needs to stop fucking around with the defence every week.

Game over.

Was just about to post that. There's a lot to admire about Falkirk this season it would seem and you have to give credit to Houston's management. Hibs playing budget (Hibs who are running at an 800k loss whilst in the championship) shits on Falkirks and that's even before you take into account what the tribute act are shelling out on wages. To have them where they are compared to the clubs they are up against is quite an achievement. It's also great experience for Rogers too.

Ah, I misread his post . To be honest I remember Copenhagen but I don't remember what preceded it... Slightly more hedonistic days back then .
-
There's no danger Motherwell won't want this game to go ahead, they would lose a lot of money if it has to be postponed. A poster on p&b made the fair point that Motherwell were very accommodating with afc in agreeing a postponement prior to Copenhagen game. It will be hugely disappointing if it is postponed though, it was promising to be a grand day out.

The context of the type of season St M are having has to be applied to his stats and actually I think this could turn out to be a really good loan move. Being a striker for a team that has been struggling forces you to live of less chances and even more importance is added to each goal you do score. His previous stats show that the boy knows where the back of the net is, I'm hoping a season at Helen will add a sharper edge to his blade and give him the confidence to do what he does best when playing in a much better team.

We all know how the table stands but looking ahead at games up to the split is interesting. http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/scottish-premiership/fixtures Both ourselves and the victims have tricky away fixtures next week and they have already dropped points at rugby park this season. After the international break they are home to Hertz in an early sat KO then away to dundee the tuesday after. Another early ko sat away to motherwell takes them into the split and I can't help but think when you look at these fixtures you struggle to see them winning them all. After motherwell we are home to hamilton then away to hertz. Tynecastle is obviously a worry.......... but the fact they are playing the tuesday night prior away to ICT could really play into our hands. We obviously need to do the business against motherwell which is going to be tough, they have hit a patch of form but possibly Skippy might be suspended for it which would be a massive boost as he's always a pain in the arse to play against. If we take 9 from 9 from our final 3 with little good fortune we may even go into the split top of the league......

The lad findlay looked pretty solid at cb for them I thought

Taylor got the opener as well to be fair and despite his woeful distribution today I thought he had a pretty alright day at the office. He plays much better alongside Considine and overall we looked as solid as we have in a while today. Regardless though the CB positions surely have to be our top priority in the next window.... Oh for another Russel Anderson. I agree about Brown on the goal and it was a sad reminder of what we put up with for 10 years with langfield. That said he has looked far better since coming back into the team and it's potential suicide to change Keeper at this point in the season. Jack looked a little more like his old self for large parts of the game which is encouraging though I thought Smith did pretty well when he came on. His arrival coincided with the 10 min spell of dominance that led to our second goal and he played his part in the build up. Maclean played really well as has been said, it looks like he's actually starting to believe in himself a little bit now. He's also starting to remind me a little of Robson with some of his play. Have to say I thought Killie looked alright in the second half and I don't think Celtic will like playing them at all. Maggenis has improved to become a very effective player at this level and I can see him giving mulgrew et al a torrid time . I always liked his attitude and aggressive style but now his first touch and distribution have improved he's quite a handful (dare I say it but you could argue he would add something to our squad these days). Faubert looked pretty handy and he's likely to improve with gametime, i can see killie digging their way out of 11 place though i hope I'm wrong. Very disappointing to hear shit like that being said about McGinn.

Hopefully there will be plenty on the day sales

Couldn't agree more. Still at least there's no chance of Shinnie getting injured on international duty
-
Another poachers goal from him too

I had a knot in my stomach about this game all day and I really did not enjoy listening to that, I really thought the title was gone at 1-0. Some win though as it really sounded like we were getting outplayed for large periods of that game, lets hope thistle can take that form into Saturday against the victims. I'm really not sure if i can take 9 more games of this.....
-
Get The fuck In. My dog is looking at me like I'm fucking mental.
-
Sounds like it's all thistle now. I would get Reynolds off for Smith or Wright and get Shinnie to lb

I must have said "it's the hope that kills you" 1000 times this season manc

Starting to get quite nervous about this one now..... even the good news that Hayes is back is making me nervous that he's being rushed back and will suffer a season ender 5 minutes in. This whole title challenging thing isn't good for my health
