Well done Kelt, you win the Frankie Boyle award

A big pub next to the ground (or inside if they would relax the ban) would generate alot of cash during the season and a few afc related stunts post season would keep it in profit, why dont the club do this? Also have to agree with rocket that the crowd figures are being fudged by the look of the empty stands at the games I was at.

Mackie, always buries the one on ones

End of the week optimism Im going for 2- 1 the dons. Dodgy sclaff goal by Miller following a whipped in free kick from Mulgrey. Then after heaps of pressure and a shot at goal by Mackie, Aluko will score a cracker from 25 yards. We will then sit back and give away the customary shite goal so that we endure the traditional squeaky bum time. Oh and Foster will have a good game Then the pressure will be ramped back onto Mixu

Former Aberdeen boss checks into rehab
BringBackLapirasTache replied to Kowalski's topic in Aberdeen Football Club
Not a suprise about the depression angle of the story, I dont think I have ever seen anyone being interviewed who looked so defeated, hope he manages to sort himself out. In a few years time you will probably see this story in the P&J Former Aberdeen manager enters rehab Calderwood checks into the sporting chance clinic in an atempt to cure his tanorexia -

Mair, Wright, Bossu, Langfield, Miller, Young etc all been round the block That quote kind of sums up Mackie and Foster. -
How long will We give JC?
BringBackLapirasTache replied to scotfree's topic in Aberdeen Football Club
One thousand more punters through the gate on average (paying full price) would justify the money to get rid of jimmy( he cant be on much more than 150-250K). How much we would need to pay to get another guy in, it could be the same price again. Could we get 2 thousand more fans coming back each week? -
I thought the article was correct, some fans will never forgive jc the QOS debacle and years of baffling tactics and poor football. He could pull it around and gain 3rd this season but the crowds will continue to fall as the fans have grown tired of the status quo ( down down, deeper and down..) He wont get sacked before Christmas, Febuary is my bet if we are running a sweeper.

Red Army wrong to boo Dons players
BringBackLapirasTache replied to Kowalski's topic in Aberdeen Football Club
Googled " Professional athletes are sometimes called journeymen. It is not a technical or well-defined designation, instead it is generally given to players who are skilled enough to remain in pro sports but not skilled enough to earn themselves a permanent position on a team. Players given this moniker tend to be adept at a particular aspect of their sport, but do not possess well-rounded talent comparable to their more-successful peers. They are traded between or signed by several different teams over their career, sometimes even over the course of a single season, based on the teams' need for a player with a specific talent." -

When a team playing at home cannot force the opposition goalie to make a save in 45 minutes of football while also struggling to string 3 pass's together then what do you expect Seve. I could understand Seve's point if the team was full of youngsters but Maguire aside its a team of journyman pro's. -
Jimmy Calderwood in today's Daily Record
BringBackLapirasTache replied to a topic in Aberdeen Football Club
Daily Record is jimmys mouthpiece, if they feel the need to come out with this story then he must be getting worried that the club are thinking about giving him the bullet. The we don't like him because he is from glasgow/hun is getting dragged out every time we vent our anger at jimmy. We welcomed jimmy into the fold and chants of jimmy jimmy calderwood could be heard at every home and away game the first season (only heard it at the Copenhagen game recently). The truth is we don't like him because his style of football has zero entertainment, his tactics are selected at random, his press relations skills with the aberdeen fans and players is pathetic and he shows no idea how to nurture young players in an age when teams in scotland are making good money in transfer fee's. -
So if Jimmy were to be punted....
BringBackLapirasTache replied to mizer's topic in Aberdeen Football Club
Agree there we will be stuck with him for the time being unless we become really shite and not mediocre -

Get your hand over your ears Jimmy -
Sounds like we have been very lucky to keep the score down in this second half.

What needs to change?
BringBackLapirasTache replied to glasgow sheep's topic in Aberdeen Football Club
Jimmys major problem is his inability to build any rapport with the aberdeen fans which stems from his handling of the local press and his constant slagging of the fans and the players in the press. Its to late to fix that and he will be gone once the club go on a sustained bad run of form.Miller and Milne should be looking at the crowds this season because its looking worse than last season and the only option they have is to replace the manager (or give him money to buy some quality but that aint going to happen). -
Some of my mates sit right down the front in the main stand and they never mentioned any v signs from foster, the chances are it would have been directed at them as they hate Foster and are pretty vocal in a quiet stand. I will find out more the morn. Did Hibs not make an enquiry for Foster last year?

If Wright is starting, who should JC drop?
BringBackLapirasTache replied to mizer's topic in Aberdeen Football Club
Miller looks like he could be another player who recovers his form when he has a year left on his contract. Mackie was gash against Hamilton though so i would drop him. -
Feck me http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RKnL54cBjbA Was this cunt ever funny? Very very very.... dodgy Barrymore, nae barnes as he was very funny when cally pumped them

Cunt Speaks: "Deflect, Deflect, Deflect"
BringBackLapirasTache replied to glasgow sheep's topic in Aberdeen Football Club
Rangers define evil for me but lets not jump on the moral high ground on this one, celtic fans are a bunch of plastic paddys and telling them to fuck off back to ireland isnt that bad. cant believe i defended the huns Im away to shower in bleach I feel unclean -
Shite crowd, good start before the usual long ball hoof tactics from Jimmy. Well played Hamilton A question is there a team who play more high balls than aberdeen in the SPL? and Mackie another great performance, no skill, no pace, no brain and minimium effort.
