  1. Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday Dear Jimmy, Play fucking 4-4-2!
  2. Nah, but they both struggled doon sooth. If Hughes can be tempted back, so could Miller, maybe
  3. Stephen Hughes? Fair enough he only went tae Leicester but ye ken fit ah mean
  4. Aye, but they'd sorta proved themselves. Miller needs tae go somewhere to prove himself again
  5. Aye min said that in ma first post. Shame we dinnae hae the carrot o the UEFA cup any mair
  6. Av got Maguire syndrome. Running aboot like fck trying tay get things done but am nae gan tae mak it
  7. Good
  8. Ah think he'd be good for us based on fit av seen o' him. Think he'd thrive at a team like us. Good fitba brain, comfortable on the ba, good engine, eye for goal. You don't have to agree min
  9. I don't give edam
  10. He'd be a crackin addition
  11. Seriously? Fitba's in a right fuckin state aint it
  12. He wiz good at Celtic and good at Leeds. He should niver have went tae Man United when he did, he wiznae ready. I'd like tae see him play for us, although it winnae happen
  13. Calm doon min, it wiz jus a suggestion. I dinnae rate Beattie at all, but Miller's a cracking player on his day and would be great for Aberdeen. I really doubt we'd get him but surely it'd be worth contacting Sunderland?
  14. Wisnae sure far tae post this, but I've jus bin reading that Liam miller's been telt tae leave Sunderland http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/s/sunderland/7266844.stm Ah ken he's probably oot o our league in the wage department, but he's exactly the sort of player that'd be great for us. He surely cannae be on that much ££££ at Sunderland, or's it safe tae assume he'll stay lower league in England?
  15. Would be good to see Calderwood try something like this in this game, but there's nae way he'll drap Mackie/Miller. Langfield - GK Maybury - Right Back ???? - Left Back Diamond - Centre Back Severin - Sweeper Touzani - Holding Mid Walker - Centre Mid Nicholson - Right Mid De Visscher - Left Mid Aluko - Free Role Lovell - Striker Get the ba' on the deck and play fitba against this lot
  16. True that, how often has Jackie Mac played centre back?
  17. And 1 cup
  18. Can see fit yer sayin there, but surely ye'd replace a centre back wi a centre back?
  19. Shitting is shit
  20. Cannae see how ye figure that oot considering he's no a centre back. He wisnae replaced
  21. Yeah man, the january transfer window really screwed us as it's unsettled the squad and the players brought in are either nae good enough or haven't settled. Remember Alex Ferguson saying recently that he won't sign players in the Jan transfer window again because ye need time to bed them intae the squad. The signings of Evra and Vidic were what he pointed toward. Struggled initialy but are now integral parts o his first 11.
  22. Calderwood must be the maist infuriating manager around. I'd love to ken fit goes on in his heed at times. Nae replacing Anderson has been the biggest mistake at the club this season, swiftly followed by our lack of signing players to longer contracts before January.
  23. I'd bet that ye were all excited with the squad we had at the start o the season though? It's just nae worked oot for a variety o reasons. The big problem for me has been the out-o-contract players. Someone's gotta be held accountable for that. It's obviously unsettled the squad.
  24. George Burley's Ipswich team
  25. Deek Yung's done well for us
