My days of reading CV’s are in the past thankfully but having read 20,000+, I can pass on some wisdom on this topic. People who use the words “interpersonal skills” when trying to promote themselves. It’s not as much annoying as it’s sad. They never got an interview if it was in their CV and they never got the job if they came out with it during an interview.
