  1. Hart's reactions are ten times slower than De Gea's. His "bravery" for the 1st was Clangfieldesque. His slowness for the 2nd hilarious.
  2. Yes, but for De Gea.
  3. Brilliant first half hour by Italy. Deserved lead.
  4. I think you're missing the whole point. Again.
  5. The knives are out for Corbyn now. They're blaming him for Brexit. You couldn't make it up. Labour are a fucking disgrace. The timing of this is all because the Chilcott report is coming in a couple of weeks. If Corbyn is leader of the opposition, Blair will be nailed. He will be nailed in the report anyway but the "party" don't need their current elected leader speaking the truth about a past elected leader. The establishment have infiltrated them all. Cunts like Andy Burnham and Hillary Benn are self-serving stooges.
  6. It was indeed very well expressed, as usual and as always by Pilger. What I don't get is the stupidity of the majority. It's not like they don't have access to the truth in this Internet age. There was nothing new to you and I in that article, Rico, but some will refuse to complete reading it for reasons of ostrich-ness, not wanting to hear anything uncomfortable, some will read it in denial, not wanting to accept the uncomfortable truth whilst some will be openly hostile to Pilger's prose, refusing to believe his "lies" and "conspiracy theories". Most of all however, their stupidity is a failure to accept that they themselves are so stupid and have been so stupid to have trusted the establishment and for swallowing their nefarious and multi duplicitous propaganda, just as their stupid ancestors did, knowing "their place" in an aristocratic system that always fed us lies. Vanity is a deadly sin. They know they're stupid, those fuckwits who vote for Labour or Conservative. They just can't stand looking in the mirror to see how stupid they really are. They would rather deny truth than face up to the truth of their own stupidity. It was ever thus. Edit: man that was a fucking brilliant post of mine. Democracy as a concept never existed in the hands of the rulers. The Brexit ref gives us a chance to change the system but without vision, leaders of integrity and leadership, it can't change. Trump may not have the vision - "may not"?, he's one of the stupidest of them all - but at least he isn't part of the system. This is why Corbyn will fail. He has vision and integrity but zero leadership ability.
  7. There's no need to "fight". Argument and debate is good. It is important to clarify the positions however. In the spirit of clarifying our positions in order to see if we have anything to "fight over", I agree with you. I similarly believe that the best interests of the people will be served by "breaking down the power structures". What I don't understand is the possibility of you trusting politicians. Which ones? Who are these politicians that you trust and what did they say that led you to vote remain? And thinking "logically", please provide a brief example of how logic convinces you to remain?
  8. The closest Scotland got to voting leave was Moray. The biggest landslide remain was the city of Edinburgh. Despite RAF Lossiemouth, the people up there see the institutional corruption. No surprise in Embra sucking cock.
  9. I'm shocked. Likewise I had no idea that England would save us. The EU will not survive this. A great concept, the common market got hijacked by unelected bureaucrats. Ironically this gives Scotland the opportunity to split from England.
  10. I've been saying all week it will be 60%+ in favour of remain. Even 40% of my household remained! I'm seriously considering the assassination of my eldest two quines. How I've bred such monstrosities is beyond me. They wrongly think their Erasmus and Ph.D. in R & D is down to the EU. It's a fucking shocking state of affairs. Fuck democracy. We should just kill the opposition. Even within our families.
  11. Yes, the draw has been freaky this year and it would be a shock if Croatia didn't get to the final. It's not like Wales or Ireland or Northern Ireland or the other home nation have got a chance. Shaping up to be a brilliant event. Germany is my money. Despite a slow start.
  12. Staggering performance and thoroughly deserved win for Ireland. Wales, Croatia and this have been beautiful consecutive performances. Awesome.
  13. I assure you that there was no joking, joshing or jolly japesterism from me. Only shit football clubs play competitive fixtures in June to start the season. And Milne has been mismanaging our club for more than two decades. I genuinely don't give a fuck about the game. After about 750 AFC games, I'm wondering if I'll bother this season. What's the point? We're never going to win the league under McInnes even if he did get an ambitious budget from the board which he'll never get.
  14. And your implication of negativity suggests poor observational skills and an instinctius defunctum.
  15. Fitba in June. It's just wrong. Last year's fitba hasn't finished yet i.e. Euros.
  16. I can hardly think there will be much demand for it. If Aberdeen fans don't give a fuck about it - and I don't let alone the missing thousands - then who else is going to give a fuck? Competing with clubs we've never heard of from a country that lives in a shoe is the depths to which Milne has mismanaged us.
  17. Wales were fantastic last night, one of the most accomplished international performances we have ever seen. It was beautiful to watch, football played with great skill at high tempo and slick in every department. This is all made possible by team spirit. Bale is the obvious superstar but they have stars all over the pitch this tournament and its most definitely NOT the Gareth show. Congratulations to them and to the management team in particular. Chris Coleman has been the right man for the right time and has done a phenomenal job.
  18. Your "prediction" is not an insight of the future, it's a statement of certainty. It's not even going to be close, certainly not even 55/45 as the Indy ref was. There is data to show the possibility of the UK majority voting Leave is zero. I'm not talking about opinion polls. I'm talking about facts. When you see how the "campaigns" have been orchestrated and you know the effect it will have on the sheeple, it's nailed on for the status quo. Turkeys voting for Christmas, that's what the majority of UK voters will be. The suppression of the population is only possible with fear, ignorance and complicity of the people. It was ever thus. There will be some small tokens after Thursday, some meaningless "presents" that we get, perhaps a spike in the £ v. the € or a major infrastructure investment, erroneously presented as an EU investment which had been ready to go but delayed pending the vote.
  19. I'm in Wales all this week but I would caution you on taking that bet! The atmosphere in a Porthcawl pub will be awesome come 2 pm Thursday. I'll probably be working though... although I'm sorely tempted! Bet on sure things. Wales are like AFC, too unpredictable and shite in the core.
  20. In the bag. Great treble. Deutschland aren't Engerlund. My wife, who's instinct is proven and awesome says England are going to win this. Before last night. She's right in that they have the best players. But I'm sorry, Hodgson is going to win fuck all. Because he doesn't deserve to. The man is just a fucking Fud of a human. Love how autocorrect gives a capital F for Fud. Must have been invented by a NE man
  21. I thought the game was SCREAMING for a McGinn intervention. They needed someone who could hold the ball, who could skin a man and stick in a good ball. NI were dreadful. They desperately needed to change the dynamic. None of them on the pitch could.
  22. They were rather fortunate to win. This could be your week for touching gold. Bet like fuck and ride the wave. Nice one.
  23. I think you'll find you're less than three hunner up but a great shout nevertheless.
  24. Good enough for his country but not for us apparently. Some genius was focusing on his supposed weaknesses. Some regular Fud on this site, the site that many of supported Langfield and Calderwood.
  25. Reports on the news tonight that it's 120,000 oil and gas jobs that will be lost. Great news. About time the wankers got found out. Devastating for "my" city. That's cool. We were thinking about leaving anyway. Sweet justice.
