I don't like it but not really because I have a problem with the union flag generally but because I think in the context of a football it seems to be threateningly close to bringing political opinions and sentiments. I don't think the same applies for the saltire as the Scottish flag doesn't represent anything political in a football context like the union flag does. Just think anything coming close to politics or representation of political or nationalist views should be kept apart from the Aberdeen support.

That was bad. The defence were terrible, there was no line and they kept playing Hearts players onside then not running with them as soon as they made the run. Nothing good really to say about Aberdeen.

When is the Celtic game at Pittodrie being postponed to? Could be three games against Celtic in quick succession.

On BBC news they said the same thing and interviewed three Aberdeen fans, only one of which mentioned Billy Stark by name before saying he thought he'd be too expensive, then two other people who reacted quite negatively to the idea. Looked more to me that the latter two had been asked about Billy Stark by the interviewer rather than it being their decision to start talking about him.

I saw him at the Fringe and really enjoyed his show. One of the best ones I saw actually.

How many leagues have had referees strike before, outside of the SPL. Maybe it's just due to the results Aberdeen have been getting recently but this season the entirety of the SPL has seemed like a pantomime or a joke or something.

Watching that a couple of times I've changed my mind, think that was fairly harsh. He got the ball and it didn't look like he went in with intent. In saying that I've seen reds given for it a number of times before so maybe I just don't know the rules properly.

Six, I think Aberdeen will beat Hamilton and I think they will get a flukey win against one of the other sides before then.

More to the point did anyone put a bet on it? As it happens I know the William Hill odds on Hibs to win, St Mirren to win and Killie to win were 140-1 as I initially thought those were the results needed for Aberdeen to go bottom (For some reason thought Hamilton were above Aberdeen and Killie below). Didn't put a bet on that.

Currently: Hibs 2 Rangers 0 Dundee Utd 0 St Mirren 1 Hamilton 0 Kilmarnock 1. Hmm.

I actually think Mackie has been quite good this season, always gets criticism but of what I've seen he's been one of the better players. Not spectacular by any stretch of the imagination but generally played well and put in a lot of effort. Sad to see him injured.
