  1. Young in for Hartley, same team as Celtic other than that I think.
  2. I think they went out of business when we got rid of Calderwood.
  3. I think McGhee will still be in charge unfortunately. I hope the players find something, perhaps out of embarrassment to go out and give a decent performance on Tuesday. In saying that listening to McGhee's interview he sounded like he didn't care, hopefully that isn't the case for the players.
  4. Go.
  5. I thought the players had been banned from drinking anything already. Fairly sure I remember Langfield making comments about being pleased and the Daily Record calling him a 'reformed character' or something along those lines.
  6. In/Oot: Oot Pre-Match: Working During Game: Listening on the Radio Post-Match: Pub probably Prediction: 2-2
  7. 5. Win against ICT, draw against Kilmarnock and St Johnstone.
  8. Wasn't great but I've seen worse performances by Aberdeen. Should have had at least one penalty for handling in the box, possibly two. I thought Maguire and Mackie had good games, was surprised Maguire was taken off. First time I've seen Velicka and he looked awful, couldn't believe how slow he was. Another goal conceded from a corner was worrying though, surely it can't be that hard to defend set pieces?
  9. In/Oot: In Prematcher: Train there During game: New St Mirren Park Postmatcher: Train Home Prediction: 3-1 Aberdeen
  10. Of what I've seen of Aberdeen this season (which hasn't been a great deal unfortunately, only been to two games thus far (and they scored four in both games)) there seems to be an improvement on last season. I feel more positive now than I did before the first game. But like I say I've not been to a great deal of games yet so I'm not really best qualified to comment.
  11. In/Oot? Oot Pre-match? Work Match? Radio at home Post-match? Bed Prediction? 1-0 Aberdeen
  12. Went to check Falkirk's score on the BBC website and it says Queen of the South 5 Falkirk 1. Guessing that must be a misprint and Falkirk won 5-1?
  13. Yeah looked like it was McGhee who gestured for Hartley to take it.
  14. Is that why Vernon didn't take the pen?
  15. Enjoyed the game but was a little disappointed with the two goals lost, both looked like they should have been defended better and I think Hibs could have scored a couple of other times had their players been shooting properly. Great to see a win though.
  16. Looked like a Vernon goal to me though I was a little confused. I initially thought a penalty was about to be given and wasn't entirely sure if it was a goal as the ref didn't motion it was a goal but I assumed it had been given due to the celebrating.
  17. In/oot: In Prematcher: Home Match: South Stand Postmatcher: Bite to eat and Train back to Edinburgh Prediction: 2-1 Aberdeen
  18. I think the AFL next year is a 17 team league, one team each week doesn't play.
  19. I wouldn't mind something like that, it may be 'unfair' but it would be more exciting and would get more people interested in going to games. I think the split is an awful idea, and increasing the league to 14 teams isn't enough personally. I wouldn't actually mind seeing the whole thing reconstructed to create a finals system to decide who wins the league. Would never happen, and I could imagine it being unpopular, but it's the only thing I can think of which would actually make the league exciting for most teams.
  20. Did Maguire get put up front when Velicka came off or was it a straight swap with Mackie?
  21. That game is a 12 kick off? Ah that's frustrating, planned on heading up to it. Is it on tv or something?
  22. In/Oot: Oot Prematch: Pub Match: Pub Post Match: Pub Prediction: 1-1
  23. No idea then, thought that would have made him eligible.
  24. Neither Montenegro or Serbia are EU member states yet.
  25. I got my ST as part of a 'Family Concession Package' that being one adult and two students paying £80 less than it would be to get them individually. The tickets themselves all say 'Family Conc Pack' on them with no way of knowing which two are the student ones and which is the adult one, I'm wondering whether all three of us would need to go in at the same time with two student cards to prove two of us are students or if it doesn't matter.
