They're learning from senior players who seem to have the entirely wrong attitude, they're surrounded by arsehole fans who scream and boo at them and they have a manager who is a complete disaster. We'll never see the best of them at Aberdeen. Exactly the opposite. It expires, then becomes a month to month situation. McGhee can be binned with no financial repercussions.

McGhee on the radio there lecturing us about the clubs finances and using it as an excuse, again. Absolutely pathetic.

Unfortunately he doesn't intelligence when it comes to realising that he needs to stop giving these kind of interviews. Stick to short concise replys, don't waffle on, give them a few cliches and get back in the dressing room and talk where it counts.

In comparison to McGhee, yeah I would say so. I thought before he came to Aberdeen that he was actually quite an intelligent guy but if you heard his interview before the game tonight, he really can't seem to help making a clown of himself.

The way forward for this is to have reps from each supporters club meet. Much easier to organise and a hell of a lot more likely to happen rather than just having a random assortment of fans who simply want to attack the way the club operates. I get the distinct impression that Mezzanine is angry that HE isn't the fans rep on the board and this maybe has a lot to do with why things have broken down between him and CG. That's simply how I'm reading it though.

In a 12 team league there's no room for transition, you either get the job done or you don't, at which point you're replaced by someone who can. That's what's known as "The real world".

Incidentally, I know our pitch is bad but Motherwells pitch is as bad as I've ever seen it. Its criminal that they're not being pounded for it.

Hopefully he gets his head down now and starts playing some real football.
