I did actually see the second half rocket, but I had to get opinions from others on his first half performance. Overall he did his job, nothing flashy, just got stuck in. I'm not sure what you want Kerr to do, he's not a creative player, he never has been. His games all about ballwinning and for me he got it right today. It's time he got some praise.

I've no agenda against McGhee Nellie, I didn't rate him as a manager at Motherwell so obviously I wasn't overly pleased he was appointed but he gets as much time as any other manager. I absolutely despised calderwood when he took over so McGhee gets more of a chance from me than he did. I haven't abused or barracked McGhee once since he took over.

McGhee was asked by a couple of radio stations at the weekend if he was worried about his job, and he replied to one in particular with a 30 second tirade of swearing. If that's not a man under pressure I don't know what is. As for his contract I'm certain it was announced as a one year rolling contract, i've never heard otherwise, and besides that a two year rolling contract makes no sense, at all.

To me it means McGhee isn't capable of instilling the right attitude in these players. I didn't actually hear this chant at the weekend and I honestly think it's been blown out of all proportion for a few weak headlines in papers that thrive on peddling shite. A few more bad results and MM will be fighting for his career at Pittodrie, and given that he's rumoured to be on a rolling yearly contract, I think he'll lose that fight, partly because he's so inept at keeping the fans on his side due to these sort of stupid statements and the way he allows the press to use them to make the club look like tits.

I think Kerr could be captain of a club one day, just not now. The thing about Zander is not only does he inspire his team mates, he inspires us as supporters. McGhee needs to man up over this decision and do not only what we ask of him for once, but do what's right.

I think that every time Kerr and McDonald underperform they should be waterboarded. Then Zander should pump them. Anyone disagree?
