How is that "Chucking the toys out of the pram"? He's signed a two year contract, he doesn't have time to fuck around so he better be making some sort of progress very fucking quickly. I'm extremely wary about ex-players being managers and especially when its someone like McGhee who doesn't seem to be able to cope with more than 3 years in the one place. Long term plans aren't his cup of tea. As far as Calderwood goes, if McGhee does any better I'll be surprised, I don't see that McGhee is a better manager than Jimmy.
