  1. Never mind, found it. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/scotland/6407137.stm Hope it last until the Dons programme, or it's a crackly old radio for me.
  2. lOl? Ok, have you got a link to listen online? I can't find it.
  3. I have a digital radio. How do u listen to MW on it?
  4. the beeb website has sportsound at 6.10pm and the dons thing at 7.
  5. Is Calderwood going to be on this now?
  6. Aye, she's 'filled oot' a bit since her student days.
  7. Let's face it, they only added Iraq and Afghanistan in an attempt to add a degree of legitimacy to their protest.
  8. It'll be interesting. If he doesn't get punished, Wolves could rightly make a complaint. If he does, it's shocking on behalf of the EPL. Especially given it's their wonderful 25 man squad idea Holloway is picking from! The easiest, or most sensible perhaps, would be to rescind Wolve's punishment, and apologise. I'll believe it when I see it.
  9. Paton doesn't appear to have much of a chance or be very interested, would like to see him shipped out in some capacity. Don't think anyone will be daft enough to take any of Diamond/Langfield/Howard/Aluko off us, but we can dream.
  10. So they only count as strikers if we're paying them?
  11. Velicka, Vernon, Magennis
  12. marcdeclerk on the hat. LOL!
  13. It's good stuff to read, but it's only words, same as McGhee's bluster after the game on Tuesday night. Rhetoric like "The Red Army has a fine tradition of rallying together in adversity and now the siren sounds to convene once more. This is, officially, McGhee's Aberdeen. If you are not with us, you are against us." is all well and good, but it's not going to find us a RB, it's not going to stop Diamond and Ifil being dung, and it's not going to bring back players from injuries quicker. The board have rightly or wrongly backed McGhee, and they need to illustrate that by opening up the purse strings a little in January. McGhee himself needs to show some actual managerial ability, coz there's been precious little of it on show to show why he was hired in the first place.
  14. Steve Nicol, seems well thought of in the MLS.
  15. I know, it's not the case so much anymore, but there was a time in Scottish football when no job could come up without Baxter inevitably getting linked to it. I think we should take the bull by the horns and blaze a trail where no other club has dared. BAXTER FOR MANAGER.
  16. Was just checking the Celtic thing on wiki (apparently no deal was ever agreed). But looking at his wikipedia page (which is where we should judge all managers) would Baxter be that bad a candidate? He must have seen and done it all in his management career, he's available with no compensation, but his lack of experience in the Scottish game could count against him.

    Celeb Deaths

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corinne_Day I got a point way back in August apparently. Can Harcus, a true legend in the world of celebrity deaths I'm sure we can all agree, make a late charge for the title?
  18. Another candidate bites the dust. Would have been a very risky appointment IMO.
  19. Exactly. One decent, passionate interview has to be offset against the nonsense he has largely spoken up to this point. And a performance against Inverness (!) at home in which we showed a big more dig but ultimately lost should never be justification for keeping your job.
  20. i got 280/1 on skybet this morning.
