Alright boys and lasses!! i aint a big supporter of bringing players back to the club where they first played at but . . . First thing, 'when' he played for us he was a decent player and always played his heart out . . . Second thing, how many players of his standard could we pick up on our wage bracket on a free transfer that would do his job?? His only problem was fitness A problem for me too . . . but under our circumstances, i would take him back on a pay per play basis!! McGhee is taking a lot o criticism and i think some of it is due, but not all of it. keep the faith. Just remember Fergie at Man Utd. I think if players want to stay, they will sign a contract pretty early. If they dont want to sign they can feck off cause they obviously aint playing for the shirt and are quite happy to take the wages!! There cant be too many first team 'safe' players then. I take it only Aluko, Diamond and maybe Clangers and Pawlett. Oviously keepin Fyvie, Paton and Maguire (if he comes back!!!) but maybe not first choice with Mcghee. The out o contract boys like Mulgrew, i believe, will be heading off. So exciting time for new players coming in. Problem is how much time is there given for the team to gel? Big season for Mark and the boys next year. I fear we MUST have a good start or there may well be problems . . .
