The boy went to rangers through no ambition of his own, just McGhee! Novos agent denying he was offered to Aberdeen now! Got to say i thought this was a wind up at first. To be honest why the hell would he want to come to Aberdeen when you see he is getting linked with English premier clubs? Well apart from Aberdeen being the best football team the world has ever seen ;-) He is hated at Aberdeen and i am sure the feeling is reciprocated. As has been said just probably offered to all Scottish clubs to see what money was offered, ideally looking for a jaunt back to the Huns or if Romanov felt like splashing the cash, a trip to Gorgie! Would love to know what happened with Riordan. Whether it was money, off the field antics or him generally being a wee dick that put us off the deal.

Totally agree Bobby. I just think we are maybe a bit lightweight in terms of creativity up front. Vernon is good at being at the right place at the right time with a decent poachers instinct. Maggeness, whos surname i still haven't learned how to spell, i ain't seen much of, so can't really comment on. Mackie, well, we all ken his game. Paton? Might come good with Brown hopefully. Then its down to the even younger strikers. A couple o injuries could make that front row pretty weak. I am sure Broony has it all under control :-)

No manc, it was really just an excuse to pull out that Auld chestnut of a song! :-) I was really thinking of another Zero-esq player to excite the fans.
