  1. Lol. United go oot to Falkirk. Pressure seriously mounting on Houston, I never realised that a lot of United fans want him oot!
  2. In/Oot: Most definitely in Pre Match: Brekkie Match: SS Post Match: Pubs - All dayer Prediction: 2-0 Crowd: 12,954
  3. I'm pretty sure thats Celtic TV. Sounds giey like the fella who was doing the commentary when Z'drillic fired home in the 93rd minute at the Tattie-Bowl!
  4. He comes across as everything I expected from him, a cunt. Sad really that he is so bitter and couldn't see that it was his own deficiencies as a manager which was the downfall of him. Sad when he is one of our greatest players. The stuff about younger Dons fans not caring for Gothenburg is utter shit.
  5. Is that not the reason Arnason cut his trial short there after his experience with Plymouth?
  6. Jack played very well yesterday at right back. And based on yesterday's performance, the pairing of Osbourne and Arnasson shouldn't be broken up barring injuries or suspension. What we really do miss is a left footed winger, Milsom doesn't have the pace to beat his man.
  7. Great win. Osbourne was absolute class today. Breaking up everything and throwing himself about. Him and Arnason were class acts in the middle and bossed the game. The goals weren't particularly good but who gives a toss?! Kept United quiet for most of the game apart from the last 5 minutes. Glad to see that greeting faced Kenneth prick booked and I think at fault for the second. What was Pernis doing for the third goal?! Hopefully onwards and upwards.
  8. Hun In/Oot: In Pre Match: First game of the season! No decided yet whether I will go for a few pints or just head down near kick off. Match: RDU Post Match: Maybe go for a couple or just head home. Crowd: 10000 Prediction: 1-2 United.

  10. I remember Jimmy Calderwood had us sitting bottom at the end of September only to finish the season in 4th.
  11. Im all for it but sadly, I think Brown will be long gone before we can force Milne oot the door and attract somebody who actually gives a flying fuck.
  12. In a way, I have to thank Mr Milne and the board for quite an achievement. Not only have they managed to alienate the club from the fans but also they have somehow mis-managed the whole club to such an extent that I have grown completely and utterly disillusioned with the entire club. Last nights was the icing on the cake, however, this has been going on from last season. From McGhee's awful tenure to the humiliating defeats in the semi-cups and then onto now. It has now gotten to the stage that I don't bother even looking at the highlights of games, I forgot there was a game on last night and when I looked at the score and it was 2-3, it didn't even suprise me one little bit, nor was I mad. I was apathetic. I just didn't care. We have been here all before, Milne will come out of hiding long enough to make some sorry excuse for a statement saying he is fully behind Brown and then go onto highlight what thigs we as fans should be positive about. Utter bullshit. How many clubs do you hear of putting on free buses or refunding their fans after a drubbing? Plenty do it, yet did Aberdeen after getting pumped 9-0? Or even after 18,000 odd travelled down to Glasgow to see their team being 4-0 down by half-time? No, did they fuck. What about the scandalous ticket-price increase after two or three dreadful and embarrassing seasons? £23 odd to watch a shite team, play shite football and more often than not, lose? A good way of alienating fans further and nothing other than a fucking disgrace. Milne and his puppets have run AFC into the ground and the worst thing about it is that I don't think they even realise it. They will continue to believe that people will turn out regardless of the state of the team and pay out hard earned money to watch AFC, well the dwindling attendances will soon show them not to be the case. This club is dying and its thorougly depressing to watch it. Milne has to go, otherwise absolutely diddly squat will be change and changing manager after manager will not change a fucking thing. Fuck the new stadium, get the board oot and give this club a chance to work again with the fans. Milne oot.
  13. This constant chopping and changing of managers will solve absolutely nothing. It's higher up where there must be changes. This board that govern our football club are all too happy to pick up a healthy wage packet for doing absolutely f all so long as the team is not in serious danger of being relegated. They are the ones happy with the current status quo. Every manager has failed under Milne with the exception of Calderwood to a certain extent. Milne's tenure as chairman has been nothing other than a fucking disaster and this constant question of whether our current manager is going to walk or even discussing the notion is not going to solve anything.
  14. It says something before I forgot that Aberdeen were playing the night and once I saw the scoreline, it didn't suprise me one bit. Even now, the scoreline is a mild annoyance to a club that I have well and truly fallen out of love with.
  15. I don't think it was a penalty either nor it was a dive. Harkins got back well, won the ball and Fallon got clipped also. He shoudn't have been claiming for a dive IMO. Also on a sidenote - Heffernan looks to be a good signing for Killie with a few goals since he arrived. Another one who seems to have slipped through the AFC radar.
  16. Seems sensible enough. Wouldn't be too upset if I never saw Langfield in an Aberdeen shirt again but I suppose a short term loan deal is sensible for both parties.
  17. I've just finished 'Berlin' which I found time consuming and at points a bit of a slog really. Now I'm reading 'Escape: The True Story of the Only Westerner Ever to Escape from Thailand's Bangkok Hilton' by David McMillan. Enjoying it so far.
  18. Pawlett needs to have an extended run in the team and stay clear of injury. On his day, he is a great player and is one of the few players we have at this club that will run at the opposition and take a player on.
