  1. Clarkson to the Red Army on twitter "Thank you for your support this season. It's been incredible. We'll see you in Europe." read into that what you will
  2. What a cracking watch. So sad to see all the boys welling up when they mentioned Cooper. But i loved the bit about "oh we had the players, we had the experience and the youth ... we just needed someone to gel it all together" ... in walks Fergie
  3. Very glad to see them not win. Adding the Hibees win against Celtic, Hearts could even finish in 5th if results go the right way on the last day. Oh that would be glorious - I fkn hate Hearts
  4. Tough week for Old Firm fans as Rangers mourn Tina Turner, whilst Celtic mourn Rolf Harris
  5. Cause of death hasn't been revealed, but there are suggestions he'd been secretly battling bowel cancer
  6. I was not in favour of Robson at the time. Too inexperienced, and the job wouldve completely chewed him up and spat him out, just as its done to every manager since Fergie in the end. I was still concerned that we would give him the job but lose out of Agnew who is clearly the experienced head he is leaning on. But getting both of them is a sound piece of business, particularly as they've done the business with the results, albeit many of them have been ugly wins ... but wins nonetheless.
  7. Australian Masterchef host Jock Zonfrillo. Scottish chef, aged just 46. He was a good lad
  8. He's like a Cato Guntveit. Difficult to pin down what he does for the team until he is out or underperforms. You need the star players like Clarkson, Duk and Miovski who appear for 2 mins very game and do something brilliant. But they are underpinned by the grafters who just do the normal stuff well
  9. That's what they said about Beto Carranza and Claudio Caniggia
  10. Agreed. Trips to Snake Mountain and the Tattiedome are probably gonna be losses. But visits from St Mirren and Hibs should see 6pts which is probably enough to secure third place. That trip to Tynecastle could really go either way though
  11. Beyond Killie being a #shiteclubnofans, we seem to get way more than our fair share of mid-winter mid-week trips to Rugby Park. Waaaay more than any other team, it would seem. I know there's a sizeable portion of the Red Army based in the central belt. But for those travelling from the northeast, a February midweek trip to Dingwall is waaaay easier than to Kilmarnock
  12. Including slinking under laser light security in lycra?
  13. So a Mazda 6 then
  14. Of the current bottom 3, I'd prefer to wave goodbye to Killie. Shite club no fans, shite club no fans
  15. Agreed on Pollock, MacDonald and Shinnie - we need to find a way to keep them all here next season. I doubt we will get Clarkson for another year. Scales played magnificently this weekend, but I still have reservations about another deal. Maybe see how he fairs in the remaining Top 6 fixtures. Duk and Miovski def need extensions. Miovski is a deadly striker and will do well in a league that isn't as physical as scotland. Benfica get 50% of whatever we sell him for, so yeah extend his contract and slap a price on him! As for McRorie, yep Willie Miller is quite right to say we should be demanding more than £2M for him. We don't need to sell him like we did when we sold Fergie and Ramsay. £2M is a bargain for a Rolls Royce of a player who is very comfortable in both defence or midfield
  16. I don't think he would've ever (a) gone to Rangers or (b) been accepted by the unwashed hordes. For my sins I know a number of huns fans, and they all fkn hate Jess
  17. Hearts and their fans really showing their colours right now. Fans graffitiing a mural funded by their fellow fans. And now players blaming "enduring European football exploits" for their tiredness that has led to their downfall. Boo fucking hoo!
  18. Yeah its an odd one. One of my good pals is a Wycombe fan and he was saying the fans were gutted when Stewart left them for Aberdeen
  19. I'd be happy if Scales doesn't play. He simply has no confidence whatsoever, and directly gifted StJ at least two chances with his sloppy play. But who would take his plain defence?
  20. I see he made a surprise return to MK Dons at the weekend against his former team Wycombe. Gifted them a goal early on, but commanded his way for the rest of the game apparently. Clearly League 1 is a better level for him than the frantic nature of the ScotPrem
  21. I remember watching the Netflix series about that. The ideas that were being thrown around by the international community to save the team was just incredible, including the air capsules that I believe were supposed to house one kid at a time whilst a driver dragged them through the water
  22. Absolutely loved Last Of Us. Arguably the best game adaptation yet. Pedro Pascal is good, Bella Ramsey is exceptional, and thr two of them together are so natural. There's times you forget it is a zombie series

    Films

Quite enjoyed All Quiet On The Western Front. Also strangely enjoyed Triangle Of Sadness which won awards at Cannes.
  24. He's the team's lucky charm ... get him along to every game from now til 2067
