Yeah so apparently I need to get my eyes checked

Huns vs Fraserburgh. They won't have far to travel, given the sheer volume of huns in Peterhead I'd fancy Clydebank and Brechin City to provide upsets ... and would LOVE Killie to catch Celtic napping

Even managed an apostrophe in the right place. I expected him to use "Their" twice -
I'm not listening/watching, but I'd say minimum 4 times
-
I would not be bothered if any/all of the ones you mention go out on loan or even sold/released. They're journeymen who turn up once every 4 or 5 games, at best. Next month will be JT's first real chance to start showing what he can do in the transfer market. I would not be surprised if we see JT returning to the Scandinavian market - his last few windows at IF Elfsborg seemed to have a consistent theme of him bringing Swedish-born players back from overseas. Maybe worth looking at centrebacks at Elfsborg who'll be at or reaching the end of their current deals, such as Gustav Henriksson, or even an older head such as Sebastian Holmén who can help to steady the defence and provide a education for the likes of Rubi and Molloy

Winning...for now. The Northeast Optimism Records thread.

Right, that's it. JT oot -
We need a couple of them. Rubi has become a bombscare. Angus is just not up to it. Molloy is okay but needs a competent defensive partner to learn from. What's Pollock up to now?

I worked in a pub in Corstorphone that used to be run by ex-Jambo Dave Cluney. Place used to be absolutely rammed with Hearts fans cos he banned all Hibees. Fair to say I met my fair share of absolute scumbags, but also met some decent Jambos who loved a bit of banter, esp when they found out I was a Dandie Then Cluney left, and almost overnight the place became a Hibees hangout. Equally, they had just as many absolute scumbags... but a distinct lack of decent folk. -
Now i'm all for the co-efficient yadder yadder when the likes of Hibs, Killie, Motherwell or whoever are playing in Europe. But you sure can't beat seeing Celtic, Rangers2012 and Hearts doing shite in Europe
-
I hope you ate more than your fair share of free sausage rolls, and hit Hibs bank balance where it really hurts
-
Ah that'd make sense. "Two Jabs" aftermath was priceless. I remember a Java game that did the rounds on email back in the day, where you had to land as many eggs on Prescott's face before he punched you
-
Aye exactly. It's easy to forget that this was always gonna be a 3 year project. Will be very interesting to see what JT does in the January window. He's got an eye for who to replace and when during game time. Does he also have an eye for what area of the team needs surgery?
-
So my mate from Wycombe calls him "Two Jags" as a nod to his love of Jaguar cars. I always thought he was "Two Jabs" after the incident with the protestor and the egg. Which one is right?

Nows as good a time as any to start the Jimmy Must Go campaign

He's a decent player. Was probably their best when we best them a few weeks ago -
I'm just surprised it's on Zoom. A platform that sprung put of nowhere when the world locked down in 2020 ... and then disappeared quicker than you could say "vaccination"
-
I want the "well tonight thank God it's them instead of yoooooou" bit to go to Max Cavalera of Sepultura fame.

Did Gavin Rae play for us? Pretty sure he's an Aberdonian, but I didn't think he ever played for us. Maybe as a youth? Updated squads for this year: Aberdeen Players: Russell Anderson, Eoin Jess, Joe Lewis, Kevin McNaughton, Derek Young, Jonny Hayes, Gavin Rae & Lee Miller Rangers Players: Barry Ferguson, Kris Boyd, Lee McCulloch, Jermain Defoe, Roy Carroll, Pedro Mendes, Graham Dorrans & Nacho Novo Celtic Players: Stiliyan Petrov, Scott Brown, Charlie Mulgrew, Michael McGovern, Darren O'Dea, Joe Ledley, Simon Donnelly & Gary Hooper Dundee Utd Players: Willo Flood, Craig Conway, Garry Kenneth, John Rankin, Paul Gallacher, Mark Wilson, Danny Swanson & Jon Daly

I miss away days. Well, I miss all dandies games these days, but I used to love a good away game. 2001/2 season I only missed 2 away games ... and only made it along to 2 home games - xmas win vs the Victims in the sna, and Danish Day vs Livi. pittodrie games were pretty much the furthest I had to travel back then

Then they could get 3 stars on their badge, to represent the amount of times they've been relegated -
Gah fkn geographic restrictions pish. Can't play it cos of my region. But NOBODY covers the Scottish Premiership in NZ, so where's the reason for restriction? Gets my fkn goat up
-
Goodwin has signed an extension to 2026 with the Arabs. The Pittodrie hotseat was clearly just too big a challenge for him, but he seems to be doing a decent enough job at Tannadice - although his tactics against us were ultra fucking boring and negative
-
Humblest apologies for the source (Record) but it does have a quote from the man himself. On his contract situ MacKenzie has given a chute of hope: “We’ve had a lot of massive games and the Scotland call-up as well. It has all been going on. It is something I will need to think about shortly. I don’t have any update at the minute.” “I absolutely love it here. It is where I have been since I was a boy. It is where my family are and where I have grown up. I do love the club. I have really enjoyed it here and I am still enjoying it.”
-
some games we have scraped to a 1 goal win. Other games we have absolutely dominated ... to a 1 goal win. It's about time we absolutely whipped someone's ass. This will be a real acid test for Jimmy. Doc will know we are starting from the hammering we got at Hampden, but will his team be able to contain us? I am going for 4‐0 Dons - Topi, Rubi, Devlin and Duk to score

This is what I am hearing from my US based pals. Rest of the World cannot believe the Americans have voted him in again. But in the US, they seem sick of the same old political merry-go-round, voting in someone who doesn't listen to the working class. This is going to be very interesting to watch. The world will be significantly impacted by this election and Trumps actions during his time at The White House. The country is totally tucked, and is probably gonna be even more broken when he's done.
