I’ve seen a lot of people on social media saying that the backed him to the hilt but this is the final straw for them. Is this the the moment when he has lost a huge chunk of the “who else would we get brigade” ? I agree about finances and being in 3rd place. Unfortunately it’s going to take a longer run of poor results rather than performances to drive any change. hes too comfy, the squad are too comfy, that’s why folk keep coming back. It’s just a job and and long as we get 4th or better, nothing else is expected of them. I just fail to understand the logic behind this. Surely you'd bring in mcginn or McLennan to play off one striker with Wright. How many times is he going to have to fail with this before it sinks in.

Awful second half. Seem incapable of pinning teams in and go back to joe instead. Throwing on main and cosgrove together is desperate and doesn’t work. Then to put on the totally ineffective ( every time he’s played ) edmondston just shows how tactically poor we are. thats a manager saying I put on loads of attacking players without realising that they were set up in a mess and nulifying each other.

Why the two strikers? Why not swap Kennedy for someone in the same position with a bit more endeavour?

I’d like to see McLennan come in as right wing back for this as I think he offers far more threat going forward. I’d also love to see the poor kid who got put on for the last 5 minutes of the mauling get another chance and maybe a few touches this time. I (like everybody else) don’t think that main and cosgrove works. Id like to see anybody really playing in behind in a Scott Wright type role. Unfortunately I think that he’ll move Fergie forward instead and for me, Fergie isn’t dynamic enough for that role.
