Dirthy Filthy Hun Scumbag Vermin (deceased) and Poundland tribute act
Edinburghdon replied to mizer's topic in Football Chat
It'd be funny purely to piss off the Huns. I wouldn't touch him with a barge pole but It was only last year he was Burnleys player of the season so he's not totally past it, reckon he's better than he's shown this season. From the sounds of things the training ground bust up was driven by him trying to get the team to stop coasting and If he wasn't such an irritating personality I suspect his message may have got across. -

Aye here's hoping he digs his heels in and takes them for all they're worth, it'd be monumentally funny if this is what finally sinks them! Saying that it's a shame if he's genuinely struggling. -

Oh I know that don't you worry... dealing with the constant borderline obsessive stream of nonsense doesn't have get dull, cheers though! -

Rocket, I've not started any fights. Neither have I jumped in on any other fights and I've made the point I tried to make. Since then I've realised there's no point replying to you and it only ever goes one way. I'm also realising there's very little point posting at all considering you seemed to be obsessed with responding to my posts trying to pick petty arguments, it's really tedious. Although for info, I started off replying to another comment on this thread, nothing at all directed at you so your "lesson" is typically wide of the mark. I'd point out how laughable your point is about jumping in is but you'd miss the point there too. -

Whatever you choose to believe in that angry little mind of yours is fine with me, I'm done -

Rocket, if I had more time I'd actually respond to this but we both know no matter how well thought out and researched my reply could be it'd be met with (at best) the usual level of condescension and at worst another longwinded angry rant/personal attack. Quite frankly I've not got the appetite for it anymore. So let's leave it there. -

Great, so there is a plan then. Glad that's cleared up. The rest... yawn. -

It could be, but that's just your assumption. Just like everything else in that post... -

I do see what you mean, but has the Years of failed projects had anything to do with funding? My memory of them were none of the plans got to that stage, they all died a death due to location or planning issues. The majority of the funding will have to come from sources other than the sale of pittodrie, that's undeniable and I haven't made the point very well but what I was trying to say is just because the club hasn't laid out exactly where every penny is coming from doesn't mean they've not got a plan to secure funding in place. It'd be madness getting to this stage without a single clue where the cash is coming from. I'm sure there's signifinaly more happening behind the scenes than what's being shared too. If we progress further down the line and still have no funding that's when it'll become a major concern. -

One post does not mean I always assume the best, but you crack on with your zeta male drivel all you like. Do you really think a multimillion pound development would have been progressed to this stage without the slightest idea on how its going to be funded? It'd be lunacy. -

I'm pretty sure they've always said additional funding was required but they were working on it. Sure it's nothing major to worry about and it's just a case of not having things fully confirmed on that front, there must be a fairly solid plan in place. -
He's not looked great in the two games this season, but he looked very good against them last season, so like you say he's hot and cold. He's not in great form but I'd have him starting in front of burns who's not really produced much or storey who's not been seen since signing every day of the week. I do think the Celtic connection gets far too much focus, he's still a professional so to assume he wouldn't try against Celtic is probably unfair.
-
I get that he's been pish in some of the Celtic games, but I still genuinely think it's got sod all to do with him playing for them in the past or having any affection towards them. He's always singled out for close attention in these games, which I'd say is the main reason hes not as good as he could be. Looking lazy at times does him no favours though admittedly, so I do get the frustration.
-
Sadly that's pretty much normal, you get used to it after a while... I reckon that's our strongest possible team as things stand, everyone seems to be fit so see no reason not to play that line up. The CB pairing is untested which isnt ideal in such a vital game but given the alternatives it's probably still the best option. It also leaves Burns to inject some pace off the bench when the defense start to tire and Stockely as a useful option should we need a battering ram too. In an ideal world McLean would make way for Storie but given we've seen next to nothing of him you've got to assume he's not showing enough to prove hes worth of a chance, which is a shame as he looked good when he first broke through.

Not that it's any of your business but I've not posted much in the public forum as I've been busy. If you must know I've enjoyed the recent traffic on the site, serves to hide the mixture of dull as fuck and insane ranting posts from a certain poster. I fail to see how offering a completely valid opinion makes me a fud or what on earth that has to do with O'Connor but have a simmie for "total ring piece arse licker" you've finally posted something that raised a chuckle. Even if it is typically wide of the mark. So if you've enjoyed not exchanging with me kindly piss off and stop exchanging... Now off you fuck, beaut
-
What's set you off this time?
-
Absolutely this, I genuinely can't get my head around folk rating Taylor, accident waiting to happen. Reynolds regression is sad to watch too, he was superb alongside Anderson but is now a shadow of his former self. Time for a replacement I think.
-
infinitely prerable to Taylor, for that reason he should stay in defence.
-
I'd imagine paying for a 50% allocation up front was the only reason we got it...
-
Aye I already knew what was coming and it was still heavy watching. Some phenomenal acting in last nights episode though, Negan is brilliantly played.
-
You're more complimentary of the game than me... de gea has played very well though, some cracking saves. Ander Herrera is a cracking player too, he's very underrated defensively too from what I've seen. Pogba... looks shocking.
-
On the bright side it'd help push the price of oil up... which would at least tide aberdeen over until we're all nuked.
-
It'll most likely be pish, almost inevitable given the hype.

As much as Strachan needs to fuck off sharpish only changing the manager will do sod all in the long run. Changes from the top down is the only thing that'll turn this shite around.
