  1. Well one of your problems is that just about every post you make descends into angry rambling pish. I hope this goes some way to answering your question. You're welcome.
  2. Pish start of the year, average middle of the year bobbing around on a boat, good end to the year and some good trips! Hoping for an improvement next year though!
  3. 1. The loan was given towards the start of the year, around march i believe. 2. The bidding process is still ongoing, it was extended. So you were almost right there well done jager
  4. Another good point and the very reason the club went to the trouble of gaining planning consent prior to putting the stadium up for sale. Mizer
  5. That's my take on it too, same basic situation but hopefully with the ability to tailor the mortgage term so that the payments are affordable. All this not owning the new stadium talk is pish, it's just the same as buying a home and having a mortgage on it. Nothing to panic over at all.
  6. Am I missing something? Where has it been said that we wont own the new stadium?
  7. My understanding of it is that selling Pittodrie will clear out our current debts. The mortgage taken out on the stadium will be at the same level or less than the current debt. The crucial point in this being that the mortgage repayments will be manageable in comparison to the current debt, which we seem to be struggling to pay off the interest of let alone denting the actual debt. Looks to me to be a much better situation, not sure why people are worried about the club having a mortgage on the stadium? Another thing to moan about maybe?
  8. I'm sorry but there's no way you can say this without knowing the wages of the outgoing/incoming players. It's very much possible (I'd go as far as to say likely) that the same level of expenditure has been spent on fewer players on slightly higher wages.
  9. While it would be great to have someone of Boyd's quality in the team he would be fuck all use without someone to create his chances for him. We need some creative/wide players much more than we need boyd at this time.
  10. Fuck knows Mizer, I'm not Stewart Milne. I am of the opinion however that a lot of the flak he is taking is slightly harsh, the club is in a shit state but I still believe everything he has and continues to do is in the best interests of the club. I realise that is an unpopular opinion but frankly I'm not fussed
  11. I was hearing that the loans will be written off at some point down the line, not sure how accurate this is but the person who told me seemed fairly sure.
  12. My first thought is.... lol Then I realised I don't give a fuck so my second thought was... meh. I hope this answers your question Mizer
  13. Probably because he'll be at Forfar
  14. From what I can remember there was a good number of Athletico Madrid players better than him that night....
  15. I don't see that as being the case at all. The player has paid his own compensation (or part of it), where he gets the money from is immaterial. It just so happens that in this case his family seem to have loaned him some of the cash.
  16. Aluko isn't the first person to pay his own compensation and he wont be the last. There's absolutely no issue with it at all.
  17. Of course it doesnt. The Tevez thing was all about 3rd party ownership, the club he played for didn't own his registration completely. Rangers have registered Aluko by themselves, its just that Aluko is paying the compensation we are due in order for us to allow rangers to register his as their player. Totally difference situation.
  18. Of course its a tragic accident, don't think anyone would even try to say it wasn't. Bunch of clowns? Get a grip, the point I was making was about how poorly the diversions were handled.
  19. That was an absolute joke. I gambled and took the blacktop road which would have been ok had it not been for lorries and buses trying to squeeze down a road that's only just wide enough for two cars to pass.
  20. surprised Aurum Is marketing itself as being up market, from what I remember (admittedly not very much) its nothing special at all.
  21. Ahh bugger I was just thinking about going to this after getting an early finish at work.
