Seems to me like sacking calderwood just now and bringing someone else in puts us back to square one, as it stands we made quite alot of money last year, which has allowed us to start spending again which in turn allows us to keep on building. No one is saying we should accept mediocracy but any major improvement will be gradual. The performances are picking up, so the enxt thing to click into place is the results, as long as they start coming soon then theres relaly no need to panic (yet)

I'd agree with that, over the past couple of seasons we seem to be a slow starting team, but once we find some form we are generally fine. Our record at home last season was surprisingly good, not something i realised until someone pointed out that the caley game was only our 4th defeat at home in 27 matches or something. once the team finds its feet and learn how to function as a unit i'm confident it will be fine!
