  1. This whole thread just goes to show Manc's hatred of Scottish people. I know for a fact he's been chilling out at the houses of parliament today sniggering at calling an entire country racist.
  2. It's fantastic!
  3. Abusing is most definitely the wrong word to use there Manc! Calling out covers it.
  4. Really not seeing what people saw with Taylor today, accident waiting to happen as usual. Jack was outstanding and McInnes played a blinder with the subs.
  5. How could you drop anyone from the midweek game? No brainer keeping the same team.
  6. John Strauss ruled out of the rest of the 6 nations now too, another big blow
  7. Isn't it in the plans to have shuttle buses from the park and ride too? There has been some work put into it which seems to have been overlooked (or totally ignored) by some of the protest groups, but I agree it's not perfect. The shuttle buses will cut the numbers walking along it at least, admittedly some folk will still walk so work into that aspect of the planning is probably required.
  8. I'm all in favour of the cycle path, keeps the twats off the road when I'm trying to get to work In all Seriousness though, having to walk alongside the dual carriageway is a non issue, it's a 40mph road for fuck sake hardly a motorway. I'm also sure provisions can be made to ensure cyclists aren't inconvenienced by pedestrians also using the path... can't say I've noticed many cyclists actually using it though.
  9. PSG giving Barca an absolute hiding... 4-0 and it should have been more Poorest I've seen Barca play in a long time.
  10. Pretty much this. I'm also certain there's not a chance he'll go to the Huns, England maybe but he's not daft enough to go there. Folk need to chill out, he's said sod all to make people worry he's off, quite the opposite in fact.
  11. Seems folk have been hanging around westhill handing out tick box forms to anyone that'll take them and putting them in as objections
  12. Can't see McInnes going there, he's not daft. He's also given every indication that he's fully committed to the club and here for the long run, doubt there's any reason to worry!
  13. Couple of bottles of celebratory Champagne followed by rock rose gin in front of the fire... decent Friday
  14. I'd have considine signed up long long before even considering giving Taylor a new deal. The other two though... totally agree!
  15. There's still a lot of power in that lineup though, seems all the players picked are on form and some of the depth on the bench is as good as we've had for years. Nel being out is a blow but I'd still say we've got a decent chance against a great Ireland team, which makes a change! Here's hoping the promise we've gone into the 6 nations with over the last few years is finally realised this time round
  16. I was just about to post that, it'd be fantastic news if it does happen!
  17. Of course it would have been good for some of it to have come off, I'm sure the manager would feel the same.... doesn't nessesarily mean it was through lack of trying though.
  18. I'd try harder mate, off the top of my head Rooney, Logan and McLean were all signed in January. That's all well and good identifying targets, them being available midway through a season is a different story though. Don't get me wrong I think we should have strengthened however I do understand the players of the standard we need are not always available in January, so it's not cut and dried that McInnes hasn't bothered to sign the players we need (and I'm sure he also sees it). Might be an unpopular opinion but I'd much rather wait for him to win the right players than wasting money on players just to fill a jersey. He's also made it clear the target is 2nd...
  19. He's not though is he? Granted last years January window was very disappointing, this years one was disappointing from a new additions perspective but prior to that he's made some really important signings in January. I'd like to think he just couldnt get the player(s) he wanted this January transfer window and resisted making panic signings and blowing the budget on shite to fill in until his real targets became available in the summer but we'll never know.
  20. I can imagine the reaction a certain poster had to this
  21. Our discounted sky deal is up in a couple of months or so and looking into alternatives, does anyone have a decent summary of what zgemma receivers or kodi boxes give you? Had a quick google search but it's a bit of a mind fuck with all the different opinions. Am I right in thinking zgemma mirrors the sky system/planner but you can only get SD channels through the planner etc and any HD or subscription services need to be played through an app? Can you still pause/rewind/record/get on demand on it? What's the story with Kodi? How does it compare to the functionality of sky+? I know that neither will probably do everything sky+ does but wanting to get as close as possible if we do bin sky.
  22. Would be a strange move unless whoever he signed a pre-contract with paid to get him early, which would be a bit out of the blue.
  23. Edinburghdon

    Films

Went to see it tonight too, thought it was excellent
  24. Ungrateful wee prick, fuck him
  25. If that's his feeling then I'd expect more of them to be going out on loan to lower league clubs very soon then.
