  1. I went to Vovem the other night. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Excellent food. Lots of beef dripping and truffle so you know it's tasty!
  2. We didn't have that difficult a draw. We should have beaten Rijeka (despite so many seemingly adamant that they're class above us. They are not) and we could have given Gent a real run for their money at least. We're agreed though - Our manager never gave us a real chance. (And Logan didn't help but he wasn't the main culprit)
  3. You know what would have minimised the damage those Eton cunts can do to our country? Not voting against Scottish independence.
  4. He'd obviously have to be willing to slot back into the wage structure that he is fully aware of.
  5. Completely agree. Is he as good as he was? Probably not. Better than what we have? Absolutely. I'd happily take him.
  6. He'll be gutted.
  7. I believe if you stay there then you get the parking for free or heavily discounted. I also recently heard of a park and ride bus service a ball hair north of the Forth Road Bridge where you can park for free and you just have to pay the bus fare of a few quid. Ferrytoll Park & Ride I believe it's called.
  8. I used Long Stay Express at EDI back in June. Nae issues with them. https://www.edinburghparking.com/parking/long-stay-express
  9. I like it more than a more corporate name like "Costco Park" but not as much as something with hostorical relevance like Miller Park. (Named after Willie, not Alex before anyone starts feeling unwell!) Selling the naming rights is basically what we did. By contributing large amounts of cash Cormack has effectively bought the naming rights so I don't feel that we've "missed a tick" as the mongs on Facebook are saying. The name is fine IMO. Much more important that we get the facilities and quality correct.

I thoroughly enjoyed The Hateful 8 although again I know of a fair few who didn't. If it's as good as that I'll be delighted.
  11. Like Ojo who you already hailed as the complete replacement a fortnight ago?

Looking forward to seeing this one. Even though this is the first positive account of it I've heard! I know 3 people who've seen it and none of them liked it. I just can't see me not enjoying a work of Tarantino's.
  13. :o Were you heavily inebriated at the time?! I believe the handball was completely unintentional but the touch off Laporte's (I think it was?) arm cushioned the ball beautifully into Jesus' path allowing him to take a touch and pick his spot. Very nicely finished it was too but to suggest the handball played no real part is just factually incorrect.
  14. I agree entirely. I was never one of the Shinnie boo boys like Minijc. Oddly enough he's gone quiet after Ojo's "indifferent" start to his Dons career.
  15. Fair enough Rico. But the one (shitey) effort that we had on target the whole game says to me that there was no interest in genuinely trying to sneak a goal. We were trying to sneak a 0-0 draw. We quickly saw in that game that they weren't good and an on the fly tactical change was required. In my opinion. Rijeka weren't good and we should have been more adventurous. Shout out to Hearts whose eye-gougingly bad style of play makes us look like world beaters.
  16. He makes Gash look like Maldini!
  17. Which part is incorrect in your opinion?
  18. Jesus, nae this again. It's nae about expecting to win every game. It's about how we're approaching these games! I do expect to see 110% from every player in every game and that doesn't sound anywhere near what we got against Dundee. Being outfought is not acceptable at any level. For the record I don't think there's anything wrong with expecting to win every game we've played so far this season. We've only faced teams poorer than ourselves which means we should win. Mitigating circumstances such as fitness so early in the season aside. If we get beat we analyse it and depending on what we find we deal with it in different ways. Whether that's giving it in the neck to McInnes or shouting at our chairman to fund more players etc. Rijeka aren't a bad side but they're not better than us. They have an average home gate of between 4 and 5 thousand. That puts their gates at roughly the same as a Falkirk or a Ross County. (Although I can assure you the latter two are charging a hell of a lot more than £11 a ticket to get in!) So what did McInnes see that he was so afraid of? What spooked him so much that he approached the first leg of the tie like we were playing said Real Madrid; resulting in an entirely avoidable defeat which would have prevented his hand being forced in leg 2. Maybe it's the club who have a sense of entitlement expecting fans to spunk their money into the club no matter what shite they're serving us. Wish to fuck I didn't renew.
  19. If this is the case we might as well just fucking pack it in now.
  20. How long until everyone else sees this side of Ojo that you clearly have? So far he looks like Shinnie in disguise.
  21. Personally I think it's unfair to blame the manager being a clueless cunt on McKenna and his spastic agent without a shred of evidence.
  22. I hope so too because I'm one of said 13k mugs going along tonight.
  23. At least mostr of those 13k didn't spend hundreds of pounds to watch us play like fucking pussies in Croatia. I'm surprised there are even this many mugs going along tonight.
  24. Never heard of him.
  25. I believe favourable draws like that are currently reserved for The Rangers.
