I don't really get why everyone's getting their punts in a twist about Barca players surrounding the ref? It happens all the time in football these days. Chelsea (especially Jose Mourinho's Chelsea) are/were guilty of it too. I don't like to see it either but they'd have to sin worse than that before I lose respect for such a good team. I thought Pepe's challenge was dangerous whether Alves made the most of it or not. Whether it warranted a red card or not I'm not sure. One thing's for sure. I watched this as well. I thought it was pretty good. Although I thought it was weird that prior to the airing of the program the BBC warned that it contained "images that some viewers may find disturbing". I have no idea what scenes they were referring to. A tiny bit of blood was all that was seen. I don't know how those scenes are distubing anymore!

There were suggestions that Hamilton are in a false position. I think that came from Craig Brown amongst others who I guess will always have a degree of diplomacy towards an opponant before a game but I disagree completely. They're a terrible team. I thought the coverage was a joke. If I was Billy Reid I'd be telling them to fuck off because he had a team to manage. Craig Brown didn't get interviewed I noticed. Perhaps he declined the chance to speak to them during the game?

I've always wanted to be involved in a team (no matter how low or high a level they play at) and would thoroughly enjoy training and matches. Unfortunately if my ability isn't in question my fitness certainly is!

If kids see a Dons top hanging up next to the likes of Celtic, Rangers, Chelsea and Man Utd I think they're more likely to buy the Dons top and ultimately support them. It's not as simple as supporting who your parents make you support. I know a lot of youngsters that went the opposite way just because. Kids can be stobborn and rebelious. Kids are fickle. If they see Aberdeen along side all the big clubs it can only be a good thing for future support.
