  1. If you're parking at Hampden do yourself a favour and park as far away as you're able to walk because if you park close to Hampden it will take you fucking forever to get away. Especially if you park at or close to Asda. Got back to the car when I was there in summer of 2015 and literally didn't move for an hour. I vowed never to drive to Hampden again after that. Fucking shambles.
  2. "The reason we have a bigger playing budget than Hearts despite them usually getting more fans through the gates is because their corporate facilities are sorely lacking. Aberdeen can improve further on our own corporate facilities at a new stadium" Derek McInnes.
  3. Made a pot o soup last night. Mainly just stuff that was laying about. parsnips, carrots, herbs, garlic, a mixture of green and yellow split peas and ham stock. Simmered for 45 minutes and then into the blender. Salt and pepper. Was nae bad. It's nae much to look at mind you so I didn't go to the measure of trying to photograph it funnily enough.
  4. I haven't banned anyone in years. And I don't think anyone's ever been banned permanently (by me at least) unless they were some sort of bot or an obviously hun/tim/jambo troll. I see freedom of speech as a basic right whether it be addressing millions of people in person or on a "pathetic online forum" and as such I can't even remember the last time I edited or censored a post in any way. So whilst you're unlikely to be banned by me I can't speak for the other admins of this pathetic online forum who may take differing viewpoints from me. My invitation was just that; an invitation. Not a threat. Although never say never. How would you fill the void if you were no longer able to post bollocks on this pathetic online forum? Please answer this one question... why are you and the rest of the NKS mob so fucking terrified if you're so fucking convinced that this plan will fail? You remind me of the no voters of the last few weeks. Fucking shitting themselves despite being so "confident" that Scotland can't be and won't be independent. You and your group are a shambles.
  5. Pretty damn close ain't I? I know. Anyway. I invite you to actually start contributing to the forum in some way or to gtf. If there's one thing that grinds my gears it's constant fishing.
  6. Terrible dive undoubtedly. Am I sympathetic? No. What about the various assaults that Craig Gordon got off with (against County if I remember correctly) or the handball decision that the Tims got against St. Johnstone. Aye it's a rough decision [/understatement] but we put up with that shite all the time against the Old Firm (and against other teams, see Thistle, Caley). And because it's the good/big club in Scotland fucking everyone is going on aboot it. If the shoe was on the other foot we'd hear fuck all. And it's an absolute farce that the SFA being closed on a Monday delays an appeal hearing by a week when the appeals are usually heard on Thursdays. This country is an embarrassment.

Under cooked chicken fae the barbie?
  8. Probably is a football fan but sees himself probably as a bit of a hipster and one of these "against modern fitba" types. Probably a member of the Red Ultras or whatever they're called now.
  9. Jack is his own worst enemy. Certainly a terrific player when is head is right but often it is not. Too often he shirks responsibility but as he matures I think he'll only get better mentally. A Ryan Jack firing on all cylinders is a valuable asset to us.

Going In Style. Thoroughly enjoyed it and one of my favourite movies of the year so far.
  11. I think last season we had 3 home and 2 away after the split. So this is what I expected this season.
  12. Early leave request put on for Ibrox. FFS sake.
  13. To be fair it's as much the birds' land as it is ours.
  14. :rofl2: Coming from someone who's desperate for Scotland to cling to Tory Britain!
  15. When you're right you're right. They're fighting to get us a priceless second chance at changing this catastrophic status quo. Thank fuck for Nicola.
  16. All joking aside this is genuinely the effect that the attitude problem of many of the NKS lot are having on the likes of you and I who don't want the stadium to move and should, in theory, be on their side.
  17. Fight was one thing we did see from Ryan on Sunday so I'm certainly not going to criticise him for nae speaking to the meeja.

I bet folk still do, aye. And dealers are still more than happy to dick you about and waste your time as well as their own despite the business they must be losing because of the internet. Spastics. For the savings I was being offered I was willing to travel. I went to just south of Glasgow but could have went a bit further (Leicester) to saves a few hundred quid more as well. All LoK offered me was £800 odd off of the RRP.

I did for my last car but I used www.carwow.com which meant there was no salesman actively trying to sell to me and that a deal was agreed before we ever met face to face. All the salesman did was the handover when I went to collect. Would definitely use carwow.com again. I got offered a few good prices on there (although not locally unfortunately) and I went to Lawrence of Kemnay and asked them to price match (as they're my closest dealer) but they boy, for whatever reason refused so I then arranged to go to Glasgow. The next day LoK emailed me and offered me a shite excuse and an even worse discount at which point I told them that I can't take their offer seriously if they weren't going to take me seriously. I actually found that a lot whilst looking at cars. Because I look in my 20s they all assumed I couldn't afford a new car and I'd be treated as a time waster. I find dealing with car sales/dealerships on any level fucking nauseating.

They're nae affectionately known as "Arnold Shark" for nothing! I've had the same experiences when dealing with my partner's car. When she bought her car it came with 2 years free MOTs so a year later we booked it in and low and behold this "free" MOT had turned up about £300 worth of supposedly required repairs. I know some basics about cars. I'm not an expert or anything but I'm not a complete mug either so I told them not to do the work and I took the car for a £45 MOT at Granite City Motors at Muggiemoss and it passed with the cost of an hour's labour (to strip and clean the rear brakes as opposed to the lengthy list of parts that Arnold Clark wanted to replace). When they phoned a year later asking when we wanted to come in for our next MOT they were telt where to go. I worked for John Clark for a while and working with salesmen was easily worse than dealing with some of the oil wankers and civil servant arseholes that I've dealt with since. 99 out of a 100 of the cunts are corrupt and mentally ill.
  21. If you take the Mither Tap route (I think it's called that?) it's steep and rocky in places. There is a more family friendly route for you younger eens as you say although I forget what that route is called.
  22. Just me that's been to countless Rangers games home, away and neautral over the years and never heard us sing about the Ibrox disaster? I saw a pished youth at Ibrox sing it solo before promptly being told to wise up so I'm not counting that. Aye the Simmie song got sung and as stupid as it is is it really as bad as their sectarian bile? Nae IMO my opinion. I haven't watched the highlights yet and probably never will. Right now I can't see myself watching football ever again. I hope that feeling fades.. or maybe I don't.
  23. Many happy returns N&Ts.
  24. Had a walk up Bennachie on Saturday. Lovely weather for it. It's been a few years since I did Bennachie and it was tougher than I remember. I guess it depends on what path you take. Planning on doing Ben Nevis again at some point this summer. Nae really interested in yer sheer rock face, hard to climb types. I'll stick to the 3 out of 5 difficulty levels. There's a mahoosive snake at the "Pet's" Corner at Hazelhead park. It's got it's ain conservatory that it lives in. Huge. The size of thing that could eat people. Nae me like but normal sized people. Never seen one in the wild. And although I wouldn't say I have a fear of them I'd be happy if it stayed that way.
