Possibly. But Edinburgh is decent and they'll probably be able to match our wage offer.
-
I fully expect Kennedy to sign for Hearts in due course. Next?
-
Interesting. I saw someone else on FB saying exactly the opposite.
-
I met the former two. Eoin was our neighbour in Bridge of Don and he was a gent. Dealt with us (local kids who were massive fans) really patiently. Theo was a grumpy cunt. Both cracking players though which is what was most important.
-
I will not spend a penny on AFC for the duration of any time at all that Christophe Berra is employed by the club.
-
I watched it and the longer it went on the less interested I became. Overall I liked it but the ending was anti-climatic to put it politely.
-
Never heard of that. But why don't you give it a trial and report back?
-
Speaking of films.. you cunts should take 8 minutes out of your day to watch Ricky Gervais' opening monologue from his hosting of the Golden Globes. Savage and unforgiving as the truth often is. A brilliant man.
-
Is McKenna only 6 feet tall?
-
It sounds like the ideal sort of move for him IMO and I have no doubt that once he gets his head down he can become an important member of their squad. Money plz.
-
I missed the first 8 minutes of OAE but I thoroughly enjoyed it. As did the Mrs. We were all agreed that it had improved! I especially enjoyed the VR arrests and the Klopp impression tickled me.

I'm all for trialling this sort of thing but I'm not sure if this is the best time to do it. You'd be best starting with a game that has decent atmosphere already instead of a game that will have a very low crowd and will have a non-existent atmosphere. Hope it works out though. The part I'd like to see the most is being allowed to stand without getting fucking whinged at.

He made clear in his playing days that he wasn't interested in our national team. I don't think he's manager material at all. At any level. There's just something very odd about him that I can't quite put my finger on.
-
Not on my watch! It's all kicking off in another thread so normal service resumes.

One or two observations in response to recent games and comments/claims made by participants of this thread: Cosgrove isn't a dirty player. If anything I feel he lacks strength for being such a big cunt. He hits the deck affa easily and it's one of the things about him that grinds me gears somewhat. Within the first few seconds of the hun game he was being penalised for fuck all. Absolute nothing "challenges" then a couple of further "fouls" later he was getting warned for persistent fouling which he'd soon receive a booking for. 3 x fuck all is still fuck all but the ref set an early precedent that he was basically allowed no contact. Any reputation he got from this scenario for being a "red card waiting to happen" isn't fair IMO. Frustrating but no doubt some hun cunt will have been chirping in the ref's ear. Which brings me nicely to (the actual referee on Saturday); Scott Brown. Had Scott Brown made that challenge there's no fucking danger whatsoever that he's getting a red card for it. Or even a yellow. It's not even a fucking foul. Ajer has bought that one. The ref couldn't fucking wait to whip out the card. Wthere it's on their by line or ours matters not. Many are suggesting he shouldn't have done it but if we can't go to the homes of the cheeks and compete then we might as well pack it in for good. The speed aspect of the challange came from Sam being mindful of the player punting the ball clear. He'd have anticipated having to try and block a punt by the time he got there but Ajer was caught in possession and had to feign injury to save face. We were growing into the game. We were far from amazing but we were much better after half time and Sam was trying to keep Celtic pinned in up the park. If we're not allowed to do that then why should anyone pay to watch there competitions? As someone else correctly pointed out I'd have been annoyed if Cosgrove had applied no pressure and given Ajer the freedom and time to calmly clear the danger. Fuck that. I want my players, my team and my manager to show commitment to the cause. This isn't an issue with us - this is an issue with another dreadful refereeing decision not unlike the one that the Huns got against Hibs. Only difference there is that the game was over by that point. Sam's sending off effectively ended the game as a contest. Having said all this.. It still infuriates me how Derek McInnes approaches these games nowadays.

I'm surprised to read that you apparently read so much into his clothes and appearance. Isn't the future of our country an infinitely bigger issue than how this one man comes across? I can't imagine being this offended by someone's appearance. The odds on us winning Indyref2 must be looooong though. I don't know how you cunts are going to manage it but I hope you do.
-
4 goal defeat. McInnes oot.
-
That doesn't mean you're immune to their very wide net of nonsense. First I'm hearing of this note. Although it doesn't necessarily mean anything.

She's not the only one that's been wondering that. No one had any idea that our EU membership was such a problem until Farage told us all it was prior to 2016. I think I've said in this thread already that I had no one from the SNP at my door. All Tories. The only leaflets that I got were posted. By the way can we all settle doon with the calling each other fat retard cunts etc. Saves moderators having to think about editing posts which no one wnats to do.
-
Put that copy of the Daily Mail down eh. Tory media bollocks min.

Convincing as many of the almost 590,000 eligible voters in Scotland who didn't vote at all will be where the battle is won if it ever is.
-
Fair points. That's assuming the EU nationals aren't as thick as their hosts. Most of them voted No in 2014 I guess because they felt independence would threaten their status in Scotland. You'd think now that most of them would now see that Yes is the way to go.
-
The fact that some folk need leaflets through their door before they know who to vote for is a disgrace.
-
Rumours of another "big announcement" at the AGM tonight. But when I read that it was "McInnes resigning" it confirmed that it was nonsense. Scotland will vote Yes before he walks away from this job. He's well aware he'll never have a better one.
