My first thought when I heard about him wanting to sign was "don't say it, just do it." So I hope this is another contract extension wrapped up double quick with no fuss like the others so far.

Agree with this. I know the odd Muslim here and there. I worked with one until recently. I liked the guy (even though he was a Tim) but I found myself thinking "what does he honestly make of all this?" Part of me wonders if all this "Those extremists aren't real Muslims" stuff is all an act. I don't know. I blame folk being thick more than religion tbh be honest. My parents were never religious. Not particularly anyway. Not sure if they believe(d) in God but I was never sheltered from religion (which is almost definitely what I'd do with my own child I think). I was never told that certain religions were better or worse than others. I found/find religion quite fascinating in a way but so infuriating in another. I eventually decided that I didn't believe in any religion and that I was atheist. Because surely to believe all the shite that the various religions pedal you'd have to be a thick cunt or bat shit crazy. This point of view has offended many. That's not my intention. I should be more respectful of people's beliefs because I'm a firm believer in people being able to say, think and believe whatever they want as long as they're not harming anyone. I was surprised to hear a modern day account of a man that moved to a new town but because he was an atheist he was shunned and unwelcome within the community. I'd probably think "bible belt America" but no. It was right here in Scotland. I was worried about the weather murdering any prospect of a decent spectacle. But to be honest I've seen games far worse. We managed to create a lot and as Al said we only took a fraction of our chances. Also as Al said St. Mirren could've quite conceivably muddied our clean sheet record but Brown was alert ahen he needed to be and made one or two smart saves. Considine was a candidate for MOTM the match but I went for Hayes. He was absolutely superb. McGinn and Shankland unlucky not to score also.

We've probably been the team most deserving of taking points of Celtic this season. But these things happen. Celtic will drop more points this season I have no doubt. DM McInnes and Ryan Jack have been names as manager and player of the month respectively for December. Whilst it's good that they're being recognised this always makes me feel a bit uneasy because it's usually the start of a downturn in our fortunes! Unless his celebrations were way OTT I'd not be overly bothered about them. Like most of the rest I'd prefer him to concentrate 100% but he went to the game and celebrated his team scoring.. I just can't get as worked up about it as others.
