  1. Oot. Holburn Bar. Hame. 2-1 us McGinn.
  2. I'd sooner look at the inside of my eyelids than any of those shitey papers. Reading that pish just pollutes your mind.
  3. Don't understand why anyone is looking at The Sun or any other tabloid. In fact.. everyone would be better off if they stopped reading "newspapers" entirely.
  4. Another half decent article from everyone's favourite sensible fucking dirty weegie Michael Gannon:

    Andy Murray

Didn't see that coming! I don't think that's good. Depends on who the replacement is I suppose. Wish them both all the best.
  6. In Sooth 7-0. McGinn, Rooney x 6.
  7. Hearing rumours of Hayes' season being over.
  8. Wouldn't be bad. There are a lot of rugger fans up here. Plus if they ever become good it's easy for all us to jump on the band wagon if and when AFC once again become a laughing stock.
  9. Well said. Your last thought there reminds me of a thought of my own that I had as I watched the players and the fans below me celebrate. My own Mum (who passed away almost 10 years ago now) was a die hard Dandy and had been taking me to games for a number of years including every game in that last successful cup run in 1995. I found myself thinking how much she would've enjoyed seeing us finally lift the cup again. I guess it was an emotional time for many Dons fans and that there were many, many more who unfortunately couldn't be there. I thought we showed class also when ICT went up for their medals. Although something tells me had it been Dundee United, The Rangers or Celtic that wouldn't have panned out that way! I'd have fucking booed them anyway! The Caley fans showed their class at times as well. And I'm really glad that Hayes and Pawlett got the ovations that they so thoroughly deserved. Seeing the rest of the players lift Pawlett up as the chorus hit was tremendous. Here's to beating St. Johnstone at Ibrox and doing it all again in May. COYR!
  10. This is what I expected to be the case but not what I found. Mind you I wasn't there for very long. Found the locals to be rude as fuck. Folk are much friendlier in the US States of A America.
  11. I hope Utd really fight this. Fans of other clubs as well as their own would back them. I know I would.
  12. Fit like 'en, loon?
  13. I was a 10 year old loon when I saw my first and for a long time, only Dons cup triumph and I never imagined it would be 19 years before I saw another! I'm happy for all Dons fans today. Especially for those (and there will be many) who've never seen us lift a cup before. But most of all I'm pleased for Russell Anderson. A man who, in my opinion, has been a target for unfair criticism for a lot of his career and who, for the last few months, has been absolutely fucking colossal for us and has shown form every bit as good as his best from before his move to Sunderland. There's no more a deserving captain of finally lifting a cup with his[i/] team than Russell. Hero.
  14. Sounds like there's not much stock left at the club shop and that it's absolutely heaving. I trust we'll make some marquee signings to improve the team for next season as a result. Or service the interest on our debt.
  15. That's all well and good until you also remember it was a bloke!
  16. I know for a fact that I've never described Coldplay as tremendous. Still one of my favourite bands. And the sound of the haters hatin' is music to my ears too. I got back from 11 days in California visiting DT's very own Dandy_Don on Wednesday night. Back at work on Thursday morning which was brutal like. I didn't think I was jet lagged until I awoke at 12am this morning and was awake until the back of 3 FFS sake. Amazing holiday though. Saw some Tennis at Indian Wells. Met a certain Andrew Murray! Saw some NHL and saw some amazing landscapes and mountains etc. One minute you can be standing in the desert sun and then a 10 minute tram ride later you can be at the top of a snow covered mountain. The best thing about where I was was that I seemed to be the only tourist there. But the highlight of the trip was obviously the plane journey home. It was one of those funcy new Airbus A380s. I'm well over 6' tall so the lack of leg room in economy class makes me feel pretty suicidal at the thought of a long flight. So with me being an affluent cunt I splashed out on "premium" economy. Decent amount of leg room and better food too. I got a bacon wrapped rib eye which was surprisingly good and nicely cooked.
  17. What do you take me for, like? Some sort of judgemental prick? She wasn't good looking, no but she did have "two assets" that got her the job in the first place. Those two that travel around just seemed really boring to me. Devoid of personality. They winna be missed. The geordie one seemed ok but like the Aberdonian one she seemed really thick. Probably the best looking of the lot (or best of a bad bunch is probably a better way to put it.) I've never been to Private Eyes and thanks to that program I know I'm not missing anything. Indian food is shite.
  18. Relying on foreign TV. Pair of fucking part time glory hunters.
  19. Did anyone see that program on ch. 4 the other night about strippers in Aberdeen? Ooft! Poor 19 year old lassie clearly thick as shit getting blatantly exploited.
  20. The player (don't know his name and I don't want to) clattered the keeper and to me it looked a foul. 99 times out of 100 that is given in the keeper's favour. You see challenges far weaker than that awarded in the keeper's favour. I've been convinced for quite some time that the powers that be are desperate for a blockbuster cup final and Dons v Huns would do them nicely so I'm on the "Ref's had a word in his ear" camp too. Corrupt from the top to the bottom. FFS sake.
  21. Proper punishments for cheating for a start? The Old Firm throttled the life out of the Scottish game for years. Rangers especially bought other clubs' best players (with money they didn't even fucking have) and they've both been whinging for years about how they're shite in Yoorope because we don't give them good games. Fuck them both.
  22. Absolutely. I don't rate the guy as a manager. He's one of the very few managers that's more of an embarrassment than Dingus or Calderwood.
  23. I watched it on international RedTV too. Shocking quality compared to the hockey that we were streaming right before the game but we got the job done so I was happy enough. It was always going to be a tough, tough game.
  24. Unlike your English teacher.
