  1. Rebound from a Maguire strike sets up the 3rd.
  2. Maguire scores a goal, albeit a tap-in.
  3. NHS standing down at ARI. Thoughts to the friends, families and colleagues of the 16.
  4. So if he delivers one of the main objectives of our season then he should then be sacked?
  5. Its on the BP Intranet, coming back from Miller apparently. Fingers crossed (again)...
  6. Lovers In Japan - Coldplay
  7. I certainly agree that the whole club should be united in the effort to aim for 3rd place, and at very worst in the other European spot. It is the least that our patient support deserves. WM is right to publicly back the man that he put in place at the club and I applaud him for that, although he shouldn't need to do it in the first place! A lot has been said about 'fans expectations', unrealistic or otherwise but what is not unrealistic is the expectation that we don't get our pants pulled down time after time in cup competitions by a lower league team. Saying that, now is not the time to replace the manager. That opportunity came with JCs & JNs contract renewal, and we missed it. At the time I agreed with the decision (although not the length of contract), so I suppose I'll have to stand by it too. I still think that at the present moment JC is our best opportunity of silverware or a final in the next few seasons. However, I still also think that JC is the most likely man to lead us to another embarrassing cup blunder!
  8. Johan Cruyff, eh? Impressive.
  9. And If I Fall - The Charlatans
  10. Fucking massive howler from Boruc!!!!!!
  11. I've never liked Jenson, so I'd rather he didn't win it... I think Kubica has got a great opportunity, not just for this race but for the season. He's an excellent young driver and not always with the best car. Good to see the new Brawn team doing well already too. They've pretty much got the best Engineer and race strategist in Ross Brawn who was very much the man behind Schumachers reign as world champion. F1 back on the BBC where it belongs, I hope they've not hired that irritating twat Blundell?
  12. All these cunts coming out of the woodwork now. Fuck off, eh? I'm awaiting Steve Paterson's opinion coming out in the News Of The World tomorrow...
  13. Quite appropriate at the moment I guess...
  14. I remember speaking to her in Munich, as we were at the same hotel. Nice lass.
  15. New series of the apprentice starts on Wednesday night. Yes! Another bunch of horrible cunts stabbing each other in the back for a job....
  16. Yellowstone just now is worth a watch too.
  17. Just watching Nature's Great Events on BBC1 just now. The bit when the Humpback whale sweeps in and devours the Herring in one gulp was incredible!
  18. I've typed about six posts and deleted every single one of them as I just can't put my feelings about tonight in to words right now. I'll compose my thoughts in the morning.
  19. What resources? JJs 'brand' of football is just as fucking horrific as JCs. Have you seen the crowds at Rugby Park?
  20. Diamond for effort if nothing else. Why he doesn't wear the captains armband is beyond me...
  21. The Murrayfield pitch is in quite a state at the moment and was totally covered in sand this weekend. The Hampden surface has just recently been relaid so is probably ideal from a footballing point of view. Either way its a no-brainer...Scottish cup semi-finals should be played at Hampden!
  22. Yesterday was Famous Grouse and Ginger Ale....suprisingly nice drink!
  23. Good to see Maguire finding the target because in the last few games he's played in he has reminded me of Mackie! A lot of running and chasing, but not much final product... He perhaps could have done better with that last effort at the end, but I'll let him off for an excellent finish for his goal.
