Still can't help but be completely deflated by that scoreline. Draws to Killie and St Mirren in a series of matches which sees us play a team we haven't beaten in the SPL yet isn't even top 6 form, never mind form to chase for Europe. 2 pts lost to Dundee Utd.

I thought one of the problems of a Scottish bid was that there were not enough stadia in different cities? i.e. Glasgow probably wouldn't be able to use Hampden, Ibrox and Celtic Park?

If we can get players like McDonald and J Smith fit then we shouldn't have to worry where about Mackie plays because he'll won't get a look in. He is still a squad player IMO, no better than that.

I think he could have scored a hattrick today and the above would still be true!

We're exactly where we deserve to be in the league right now. We've failed to take advantage in matches against our nearest rivals for 3rd place and now when theres a chance to make ground on one or both of them we've failed again.
