  2. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-glasgow-west-22064369 Newspaper reports at the weekend quoted Mr Green as saying he sometimes refers to the former Ibrox director, Imran Ahmad, as his "little Paki friend".
  3. Who had Thatcher then?
  4. the people in the photo would be entitled to sue. Would assume they paid for the copyright, but I'd be fairly raging if I was used for a symbol of Nazism. Wonder how the photographer feels about it an all! Genuinely sickening that they'd sink so low. What other country in the world would have one of their major broadsheets (albeit on its last legs) do such a vile thing to their own national flag? In Germany it'd be illegal. edit - Have had a quick look and notice that the photographer - Ian Rutherford - is a Johnstone Press employee, so he wouldn't have had any say in how the pic was used in future. Probably applies to the models too. Not sure if there are the legal protections in Scots Law to make such contracts null and void in cases of wapping a fucking swastika all over people's work...
  5. Agree with all that apart from the not improved us. I think he's improved the squad a lot, he just didn't have it about him to get the best out of them, so the results have been undeniably gash. Had he been hounded out months ago I'm not sure who we'd have replaced him with. Maybe McInnes would've wanted to take the job in January with no break between jobs but who knows. In spite of everything, I'm vaguely positive that if McInnes can hold onto whichever player he wants to and then add a couple where necessary, then next season we'll achieve at least what we should have this year. For the long term it may even turn out that this last year or two has seen our board of chancers, shysters and jokers blindly stumble onto the right path after all, with the not-quite-dead-yet body of AFC dragged along behind them. If there's an exodus of players who are worth keeping on the other hand then all the improvement as I see it has been utterly ephemeral and pointless. In which case I promise to shut up.
  6. at least we've broken new scientific ground by proving it's possible to simultaneously be in an apoplectic rage and utterly apathetic.
  7. ah yes. I forgot that splitting the league in half after everyone playing three times was such a laughably convaluted and unfair set up that the only way to deal with any horrendous disadvantages caused is to create even more disadvantage for someone else...to even things out a bit...
  8. For real? That's fucking diabolical. What a financial catastrophy. Will also end up giving the impression we've missed having the blue filth in the league after all
  9. As do Blackburn. I wonder if the Venkys are aware there's also relegation from the Championship...
  10. A win today and McInnes would have 5 games with a bit of a buzz about the club and a chance for the new manager bounce to take us into Europe. The spineless defeat means a demotivated dressing room, a few players probably thinking about a summer holiday then new employer, and a tough start for McInnes to win over the horrible cunts who already have it out for him. Would be astonished if we finish above 11th now. achieving what we budget for = success. Congratulations Mr Milne.
  11. That should be Vernon's last touch in a dons' jersey.
  12. FUCKING SHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT
  13. Aye there's so much that's fawlty with English punditry. Same as ever though, they just brush is all under the carpet.
  14. lost count of the number of tranny windows where it's been the same story. priorities - RB, LB, CB, CF, GK (no. 2 at least) and then replace any positions we lose players in, and if enough left over get a new 1st choice keeper.
  15. Have reinterpreted this to make it easier to understand and added my own 7 class categories. will see if the beeb spunk all over it or if the only 'news' they cover is shit they make up themselves. 1) Rich cunts 2) Comfortable cunts 3) Less comfortable cunts 4) Struggling cunts 5) Poor cunts 6) Very poor cunts 7) How are these cunts alive?
  16. Meaningless games more interesting than usual. Weird. financially looks like being the best for all concerned. wee clubs get the rasellick away gate whereas the larger teams all get each other.
  17. Good bit of pr to talk the club up to potential new signings if nothing else. Would be a superb signing undoubtedly.

  19. Even if Phil Taylor is a rapist, there's no excuse for spitting. Fucking mingers.
  20. presumably this is to avoid the same last minute scramble as last year to work out what rangers/the rangers/sevco/newco's parachuting into a different league entails.
  21. tommy seems to be trying to use this as a vehicle to put him back in the game. pretty depressing that he still has hangers-on doing his bidding. would also like to have seen every city pick the same date so that media couldn't ignore it (he says knowing full well they'd ignore it anyway. cunts)
  22. the west of scotland organisers were seemingly all forced out by tommy sheridan. now all parties have accepted there will be no politicians speaking at the main event in glasgow - except the snp, who demand to be given a more prominent platform. in london, the page organising the demo was mysteriously shut down by facebook, then swiftly replaced by a page created by Labour Left. it's a shame that it's being hijacked but not surprising.
