that's the thing that's so wrong with it. I'm all for women getting parity with men in terms of their wage. but in this particular sport it's totally unjust because the women play so little tennis in the singles that they can then walk straight back on to the court and play doubles. So they don't get parity, they actually get way more than the men. the simple answer is play the same length of match. equality's means being treated equally and having equal responsibilities.
