  1. When do HMRC start asking questions about this blatant smoke and mirrors bullshit?
  2. Aberdeen starting line-up: Landfield, Reynolds, Considine, Vernon, Arnason, Fyvie, Magennis, Jack, Anderson, Rae, Masson. So.....Are the strikers playing in defence, midfield up front and defenders on the wing? Answers on a post-it note
  3. ott reaction imo. shocker at the weekend and should only be a one year deal, but when (if) he gets back to match sharpness - which is as true for goalies' mentally as for outfield players - he's good enough to give broon a challenge for the jersey. hopefully the fact that it's 2 years is a sign that his wages have been reduced. if not then that's a big mistake.
  4. Excellent. We're going to have a middle ground option. Duff & Phelps: "No CVAs, no liquidation....what we're going to have is *mumble mumble inaudible mumble* Ok? Everyone agreed?"
  5. Surprised no one's mentioned the unbelievably disgusting and borderline spasticated line in the Scum today. "IF the body of a 70-year-old Scot is discovered face down on the floor of his Cheshire kitchen this morning, do not suspect foul play. It will only be Alex Ferguson having decided it was time to end it all." http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/football/4289656/Alex-Ferguson-sees-his-world-fall-apart-at-the-Etihad.html
  6. Stephen Hendry's retired. Gutted that so many folk will never remember him as the greatest player ever. When I was growing up he was immense. Both being at their best I wouldn't say Ronnie O'Sullivan was ever fit to lace his boots (...chalk his cue?).
  7. You kidding? The only thing keeping Milne in control is his fear-mongering that we'd die without him underwriting the debt. So essentially, Milne should be screaming from the rooftops to have newcohunscumbigotcunts f.c. punished as severely as possible. Otherwise the debt truly is irrelevant. And he'd be a hypocrite to use it as an excuse not to invest. That's why the league are doing their utmost to come up with a 'punishment' that will have no material effect on rangers, but which would kill/cripple us or anyone else who tried the same trick.
  8. The only people apparently able to see this blindingly obvious reality are the people who don't matter; the fans. The vested interests of Scottish football's money men and the sniveling spinelessness of the media is almost unbelievable. We need to take a leaf out of the book of the middle-easterners and start burning effigies of Doncaster and the like. Bold, sensational images that can't be ignored. Because, no matter how eloquent or truthful words of protestation are, they are being so ignored it's painful.
  9. SPL chief executive Neil Doncaster has revealed that the broadcasting deal struck with SKY and ESPN has not yet been signed and could collapse if Rangers don't remain in the top flight. (Daily Record) what?
  10. joke team selection. no howard webb?? i'd still be surprised if city don't fuck it up tho.
  11. a team with gael clichy might win the league. mindblowing.
  12. surely that 1st goal is enough to convince any manager in the world that magennis cannot ever be a RB?! Is his contract signed? Can the offer be withdrawn? I'm at a complete loss to know what the decision makers in the club are doing. I'd have more confidence in a group of mental patients.
  13. sensible decision.
  14. Roddy Forsyth on 5live summing up the toxic attitude towards football in Scotland: "[if Rangers are playing in division three] how strange it would be, you'll be getting a report from here in the east end, then heading off to places like Arbroath and Peterhead to find out how rangers are doing." In other words, it's not the football or what's at stake in our competitions that sports media have a responsibility to report on, it's pandering to and encouraging a two club mentality that matters.
  15. I was young so maybe I hadn't had enough years to crush my spirit sufficiently, but I don't remember our relegation play-off/bottom of the league ever being as miserable as the last 2-3 years. The lack of desire within the club to even try and put things right is staggering.
  16. It's kind of clear that the EE are huns in disguise. Otherwise why would they continually trot out the 'next messi...next donadoni...next eusabio' bullshit. no aberdeen fan would be that much of a cunt to take the piss like that. fat cunts.
  17. The reference at the end to banks made me think of the occupy campaign. Perhaps the next logical step is Occupy Pittodrie?
  18. Well said, other than grammar and typos being all over the shop. Sloppy. Sincerely, Miserable Cunt
  19. luis enrique is who it isn't. Tito Vilanova is who it is.
  20. i'd have named this 'the 2012 pointlessly get your hopes up, only to face the crushing inevitability of severe depression thread'
  21. Oh the ironing. Dundee would jump at the chance to replace Rangers in the Scottish Premier League, according to the Taysiders' Matt Lockwood. (Various)
  22. It's been a long time in coming but finally rangers have made themselves more of a laughing-stock than toastergate made us. Long may it continue!
  23. I can't verify it, but apparently posted on a hun forum: "For the game against the schum after 10 minutes we should all just play dead. Just collapse on the ground and don't move or speak for the next 80 minutes. This may seem daft at first but think of the impact of only one set of fans singing. The cameras will swing round and we will all look Dead, the image will haunt the world audience who will then realize that the SFA are trying to kill our club." foo kinglol
