  1. It was very unprofessional of him that his bias definitely showed after that. What a humourless cunt.
  2. other than coming up with enough paedo songs to last ten years, no.
  3. I miss mars bars. Unfortunately, i think they are one of many chocolate bars which contain whey and use rennet derived from an animal source, therefore being unsuitable for vegetarians. funster.
  4. if it happens that's good news. as well as the various other positions, we also need a captain. we have a handfull of kids who are being asked to carry a team of journeymen and freeloaders. it won't just mean we're gash for a long time, it will fuck these boys' careers or, more likely, force them out the club in the very near future.
  5. 100% agree. Fuck the newspapers' marks out of 10, here's my scoring system. Gonzales - jury's out McArdle - get to fuck Considine - get to fuck Mawene - get to fuck Foster - get to fuck Milsom - get to fuck Osbourne - jury's out Arnason - jury's out but leaning towards get to fuck Fyvie - please don't learn from these useless pricks Vernon - get to fuck Mackie - get to fuck Magennis - get to fuck Pawlett - please don't learn from these useless pricks Jack - please don't learn from these useless pricks Brown - get to fuck Milne - get to fuck universe - get to fuck five chances my arse.
  6. Anybody know where there's highlights?
  7. That Anthony Joseph guy said elsewhere he has no doubt Rigters would be a great signing. At first I thought it was more barrel scraping but to be fair, if he rolled his sleeves up, kept out the treatment room and has any skill whatsoever, he could offer us what we're needing.
  8. You've obviously been working yourself too hard funster! Have a wee lie down.
  9. goal for jack on his debut. Well in lad!
  10. ah christ i totally misread that!
  11. Wouldn't be at all surprised if we get something from this and also from iprix. Those two sides are a bit of a shambles right now. Getting Fyvie on the park is the most essential thing for us. Preferably through the middle. The only real time we've looked capable going forward was the 15mins or so that he was running at the St J defence. Out wide though i think he's a bit isolated for too much of the game. Still think we'd be best with 3 at the back and: Jack right wing back, pawlett right centre mid, Folly/Osbourne/Milsom defensive centre mid, Fyvie left centre mid, Foster left wing back. anyway. let's do these manky jambo fucktards!
  12. Well that DOES sound affa like the relationship between AFC and fans!
  13. What do you mean? I'm positively buzzing now! Did you hear the one from Willie Miller too? something about begging fans not to write the season off yet. I'm not convinced they even have anyone in to do PR.
  14. A defensive midfielder.
  15. "shots"?? Tam please stop inventing new words!
  16. Agreed. I kind of get the impression that people are trying to make excuses now because we've had several years of fans being divided into SACK THE CUNT vs I LOVE THE CUNT factions and (apart from the fishers) everyone got rightly sick of that. As far as I see it though, we made the most short-sighted managerial appointment in our history and as a result we're still no less fucked. The idea we appointed Brown to avoid relegation last season is laughable too. What mattered was getting Mcghee (who the players gave up on) out. Hamilton were so bad that ANYONE we appointed would have kept us up given the short-term 'new manager bounce'. We should have had at least one eye on the future (even in terms of bringing an assistant manager who could have been our next manager), but no, because we were so dire, the board could manipulate the fears of the fanbase that we were staring into the abyss and make a managerial change that did nothing in terms of laying foundations for a better future. Good luck to Craig Brown. He is our manager, and I hope he stayes for years if he can win us trophies and leaves us with a strong squad for the next manager to inherit. Sadly though, I think he's a stop-gap manager of an age that no player who could improve us will imagine him being in charge of the club for long enough that they will be convinced to sign on for a substantial period. Meaning this term creates nothing for the next manager to work with. Of the players signed Chris Clark and Jason Brown are the only ones on the books beyond the end of this season (when Brown's contract is up). Hopefully the rest of the squad re-sign. My point is, this manager is not going to define our next 5-10 years, but our next manager will (if it's not stop-gap). If we'd appointed a manager in December who has a future in the game, instead of a manager who basically only has a past, there would have been a chance we could build towards something better than what we currently have. As is, depressingly, the best we can hope for is that we won't get too much worse. And I know it's the beginning of the season. We could suddenly become...not shit. But for all the flak it will bring me, this is what I genuinely believe. I said all these things to people in the pub after Brown was appointed and as I said in December, I hope I will be proved wrong.
  17. I remember dancing...
  18. To be honest, I'd prefer to slice my bollocks off with a rusty blade and wear them like a pair of earings.
  19. YOU LIE. YOU FUCKING LIE. either that or I am wrong. I AM NEVER WRONG
  20. MACARONI PIE YOU CARNIVOROUS SCUMBAG
  21. shit research. my student ticket was £17 (thought the full price was £23?) and my pie was £2.10.
  22. http://local.stv.tv/aberdeen/sport/21920-new-striker-is-browns-priority/ There's no indication there that Aluko being signed elsewhere would give us more spending money. Maybe that is something Brown wasn't made aware of. Clearly all transfer revenue is for 'servicing the debt', not going into wages let alone transfer fees. Having said that though, I hope that isn't Brown paving the way for the same old excuse every manager gives us about budgetary restraints. Surely anyone would expect that to be how Milne operates? Nothing against Osbourne, but if wages are so sparce, surely Folly and/or Jack should've been given Hartley's space in the team and that money spent on a proper right back? I'm also worried we might fuck Ryan Jack's development by constantly playing him RB. He also neglects to mention Arnason coming in for the same positions he filled (Mawene and Osbourne). So why bring him if it means not being able to fill the other positions in the team? Yes at least one forward player is desperately needed but so is at least one more defender.
  23. In/oot: Oot Prematch: train from Bradford to Doncaster Match: Pub Postmatch: Egg chasing Prediction: thrashing followed by comments such as, "We got more corners than last week and if you think about it, we lost 4-0 instead of 9-0, so in a way we kind of won 5-0..."
  24. Bit late with this. Celebrating an equaliser against Hearts the hun way.
