Dirthy Filthy Hun Scumbag Vermin (deceased) and Poundland tribute act
baggy89 replied to mizer's topic in Football Chat
I think he's suggesting that Aberdeen or Celtic would not put forward, in a meeting that they are not invited too, the motion of a single vote to allow Sevco 5088 Ltd entry into SFL 3 with no other amendments. -

I'm not certain they have any good points. What has shattered this, so called, falsehood? Rangers don't exist any more, so putting Sevco 5088 Ltd in the SFL 1 is helping, Sevco 5088 Ltd. They are being given entry to the SFL without accounts and leap frogging two divisions. I assume the assertation is that it might help other clubs stay afloat but that would be a mere by-product of helping Sevco 5088 Ltd. Do these SPL and SFA "tactics" include the owners and representatives of Sevco 5088 Ltd voting on behalf of Rangers Football Club PLC to retain their place in the SPL? and although no one will ever admit it the statements from Sevco 5088 Ltd fans that they want to play in SFL 3 (lets not forget, a higher division than they are entitled to play in), have more than a hint of we'll say we want to play in SFL 3 then it can be someone else's fault when we get what we really want and into SFL 1. The "beyond reproach" kind of gives the game away. Again with the Rangers shite, and even if they did still exist since when did they generate more money than they deny the other 10 SPL clubs? Since when did the SPL go from being run for the benefit of them and their cousins to being run for the benefit of Hibs etc.? Since when did the distribution of money within the SPL not inflict maximum damage on all other SPL clubs affecting their ability to compete? So now they are claiming to know more about the finances of all other SPL clubs than the owners and directors of said clubs? Pity they didn't have this insight into their own clubs financial health anytime in the last fifteen to twenty years. Deflect, but keep the arrogance that feeds the belief that if you are to be martyrs the furthest you can drop is SFL 3. You should now be applying to the East of Scotland league if you wanted to be treated fairly by the SFA. What exactly does it say? That you were wrong to challenge a sporting sanction through a law court and flagrantly ignored the rules set out by the World governing body? Or that your previous club were arrogant enough to believe they could cheat and get away with it, an arrogance that seems to have been part of the assets transferred to Sevco 5088 Ltd. Arrogance again. What makes them believe that this has not been done. It existed for 140 years. In a few months it will no longer exist. It certainly will not compete in any league championships or cups of Europe again. They can wear blue (and orange) sing songs about killing catholics, go home and beat their wife after a loss and a bottle of buckfast but they will from now on forever be known as Sevco 5088 Ltd. Rangers Football Club is dead, get fucking over it. -
Soon as he started talking to himself and contesting blatantly pointless decisions he was fucked. Psychological rather than ability related. Too much time as child playing tennis rather than socialising and becoming a balanced adult so still acts like a spoiled child as soon as things begin to go against him.

Dear Sevco5088 fan(s) http://www.youtube.com/watch%3Fv%3DmQZmCJUSC6g P.S. you don't have any friends in the SPL, so you can't make "new" ones. MONGS! -

The fact that this is from a paper that still has Rangers FC under their SPL section, says it all really. -
Surely those can't be described as black and gold. Black and Yellow, maybe. Either way both are minkin and likely to elicit a response similar to Sevco 5088 Ltd being admitted into the SPL.

Hopefully something along these lines...

Wanted to vote YES but couldn't be seen to do so due to the strength of feeling within their support. -

If Sevco 5088 Ltd gain admittance to SFL3 I would expect a challenge from the likes of Spartans etc. as Sevco 5088 Ltd. do not meet the criteria set out in the SFL rulebook. The only way Sevco can realistically gain entry to the SFL is by a change in the structure whether that is by altering the setup i.e. more teams and changing the rules regarding accounts etc. (whether this season or next) and/or creating a pyramid system with relegation and promotion to and from the SFL. It'll be a carve up whatever happens. The best thing that could happen from the fans point of view would be for a group of them to come together and set up a new club like AFC Wimbledon did, and do it properly on their own terms and to stop looking for or expecting favours. -

The "punishment" and "we need Rangers" propaganda has well and truly ramped up. What will it take for an actual journalist (not hun PR) to provide an article that explains that Sevco 5088 Ltd. are not Rangers Football Club Plc. and applying for league membership is not punishment but merely what any new football club has to do if they want to play in the professional leagues of any country. Not being being able to QUALIFY for Europe for three years is not a punishment, but a consequence of not meeting the UEFA required standard of having 3 years worth of accounts, and beyond that a complete irrelevance because the same lack of accounting history SHOULD disqualify Sevco 5088 Ltd. from gaining admittance to compete within the Scottish Football League, as laid out in their rulebook. The lawyers haven't been called in to provide clarity to the rule book, but to search for a loophole so that the inevitable legal challenges which will undoubtedly be pursued through the correct channels i.e. Court of Arbitration for Sport can be effectively challenged or discouraged altogether. I'd also like to meet the banker that wakes up in the morning and says to himself "There is no Rangers Football Club Plc. or Sevco 5088 Ltd. playing in the SPL. That means I better make sure my bank takes a big financial hit by forcing the liquidation of several other SPL clubs, who have no tangible assets to pay back the vast sums of money owed." -
Funny, I'm off on my holidays to Manchester on Saturday morning. Packed my sun hat and everything!

The thing that is really fucking me off is the constant references to Rangers by the media, the SFA, and as such every other fucker There is no longer a club called Rangers. There is an entity called Sevco 5088 who own some of the liquidated Rangers' assets. One owes £40 odd million, the other has no league to play in. The refusal by those in charge of Scottish football and their media outlets, to stop referring to Sevco 5088 as Rangers is the only thing that is continuing this fallacy that "Rangers" are either being mistreated or deserve some form of helping hand "for the good of Scottish football". Of course it doesn't help that the supporters of the former Scottish football club referred to as "Rangers" are genetic mutants with subhuman levels of intelligence. -

We should compile a list of all laws and rules that, according to huns, don't apply to the huns. I'll start with four. Football laws of the game Contract Law Tax Law TUPE -
Don't see the problem, just give the 700 kids 700 manky old fitbas and let them play wally off the caravans. They'll soon fuck off once they realise they can't intimidate 700 odd school kids off on their first week of holidays. Pikey: "stapkikinthatbaaffmecaravan" Kids: "FUCK OFF MISTER!!"

AFC STILL officially say NO TO HUNS NEW CO
baggy89 replied to BigAl's topic in Aberdeen Football Club
If there is a reorganised league structure with regional leagues and promotion and demotion throughout the league structure then sevco 5088 should start at the very bottom, not SFL3. -
Just as a reminder they're still Charles (Green) & Eddie and just so we're clear
-
I'm sure in englandshire where teams have been relegated for cheating it is always a team from the division below that is promoted. If I remember right, when Swindle were relegated to the third Sunderland were promoted to the first and Tranmere to the second.

Wasn't that story based on them getting a Yes vote and then being punished with immediate relegation. -
What a load of shite. Why would the bored decide to go down the route of administration next season when a ten point penalty now would make no difference to this season bar a wee bit of prize money. I'd be more inclined to go down the fresh investment thought process (whether that may be to reduce the impact of no newhunz) than take the deflective rumblings from supporters of an extinct football club as FACT! It's not as if the new board members are fronting £x million from their latest bankrupt painting and decorating venture.

So... We have a name and hence some SPL fixtures and also a potential stadium in Glasgow. All we need now is a kit and open trials for any player prepared to change their name by deed poll to Neil Simpson. Anyone know how you go about making an application to transfer, the club formerly known as Rangers, SPL share to a Newco? We should stand as much chance as any other entity pertaining to be the former SPL club known as Rangers in receiving such a transfer. -
Presumably the Timothy's will boycott but if they vote NO Killie have no chance of attracting the Huns with bus fares when the club formerly referred to as the huns are treated fairly and have their SPL share passed to a solvent non-cheating entity.

I actually had a look on the companies house website yesterday, unfortunately Club12 is already registered. ClubTwelve, however, is available. Anyone know where there is a spare stadium that meets SPL criteria? -
Bilic is at surprisingly long odds. Was he not in discussions at the same time of Redknapps appointment and linked again while they were on their bad run earlier this year?
