Didn't get asked for ID when it happened to me. Although the thought process prior to blurting out my REAL name was similar to above.

Reynolds was a crook whose vanity has destroyed a 130 year old football club. Anyone remember the bulshitting from him about being able to have built the new Wembley for £30k and the video of his wife telling supporters to fuck off at one of the AGM's. Shit stadium too, made/makes the mainer seem spacious. Feel for the supporters especially as they were rescued from the Reynolds nightmare by another moron who thought his money made him bright enough to out-think actual football folk. Suppose they are big enough to be back in another form at some point though.

While I was in Tattieland over Christmas there was a suggestion that the Irish would get into bed with an Independent Scotland and create some sort of Celtic currency using Scottish Sterling. No idea where it came from as someone else joined the conversation at that point and I never got round to asking.

I don't know. Surely having the opportunity at 17 of going to the EPL having the use of top class training facilities training with top professionals getting a decent wage to do so with the added bonus of working towards playing in one of the better more lucrative leagues against top international players? You'd be a bit of an idiot to pass that up. Also at 17 are you going to believe that you can't make it? Surely if you think like that you will never make it and probably aren't cut out for professional sport. Regardless even if you don't make it you'll have a few more leagues to drop through than you would at Aberdeen. ( apologies for rambling appearance my comma key is not working)

This is all well and good, but what's happened to the toaster.

Mark Reynolds signs on loan till end of season
baggy89 replied to mizer's topic in Aberdeen Football Club
Wingbacks? Osborne/Jack on the right? -
Cov City are trying to loan out Freddie Eastwood. There used to be a traveller site out at Clinterty is it still there? If so surely worth an enquiry.

The "How much will we get for Pittodrie" Sweepstake
baggy89 replied to Tyrant's topic in Aberdeen Football Club
By us I assume AFC? Isn't there loans from Gilbert and Milne to Talltray repayable this year if Pittodire is not sold at a rate of something like 10%. Plus the older loans that were rolled up and taken on by talltray? Therefore my guess is less than fuck all, where's that option? I'm almost waiting for Milne to sell Pittodrie and build the stadium at cove out of his profits from Talltray and Afc in general then rent our new ground back to us at a rate that keeps us forever financially crippled. Oh and delays like that are what happens when you put a; Hun in a job because of his father, in charge of something important. -
At the minute, given the players out of contract this season, if we do avoid relegation this season, next season will merely be a formality. Either way it's a race between us Hearts and the Huns for financial oblivion.

Was just going to say I, like her, might buy one of those degree's that you can but of the internet then see if any journalists might be interested in a story from a "World renowned" dietician (me) about how Rowie are the most nutritious and healthy food stuff known to man, as well as being FIIIINNNEE!

I presume Him and his 419 mates merely paid off his obligation to Aberdeen in terms of development fee. Freeing him up to sign for the biggest club in the country FTP... I mean TM. For peanuts a week on the basis he can earn himself a " bumper" contract at the end if the season with (Stafford) Rangers.
-
Big break to a club so big they can't afford the compo due. Oh and if Watford did come in at the last minute he should have been allowed to got there for nothing.
-
I suppose I'm pissed off. But still think he could turn that move down. Sign for us in July he'd be 4 months wages better off even if the Huns offer him terms till the end of the season they'll have to be offering 30% more than we were for him to earn more.
-
Your employer, desperate to keep someone difficult to replace didn't offer compassionate leave, actually scratch that. If they had it would have been more similar to this case. I also could be wrong but thought I had read, in more than one article, quotes from Aluko's "representatives" challenging the fact that we are due compensation. Regardless, if it wasn't what we, AFC, did for his career he definitely wouldn't have been given this (so called) opportunity. For that, we at least deserve some semblance of respect from the ungrateful, petulant little shit.
-
Snelders had done it in an AFC shirt and certainly did not look for the move. Neither did he, along with the Huns, try to screw us out of money we are/were due. I also recall quite a few AFC fans being far from best pleased with Snelders at the time.
-
Exactly.Bet your previous employer wasn't needing you back and you were turning them down? In a way it's held us back as Craig Brown will have had to have Aluko's wages set aside and not spent on better players. Fuck the cowardly little prick and fuck the shower of cunts he's aligned himself with. Had a look on twitter earlier and the amount of Huns giving it "Welcome aboard Sone #WATP". Real strange allegiance for the devout Roman Catholic Aluko, given what WATP is usually preceded by. Still after a few poor performances with maybe a couple of goals conceded because he hasn't tracked back, when a few thousand huns start giving it "Fuck Off Aluko you...(followed by the racist and sectarian shit we all know they'll come out with)" Sone'll be safe in the knowledge that only God can judge him.

And a Protestant.
-
Forgot about Theo, I was thinking Stephen Wright. Ah well lets hope theres a curse on players that sign for the Hun, from us, with the Huns trying to not pay a fee.

Who was the last AFC player to contract permanent bad aids?
-
As no-one else will be interested offer £25 million. Transfer registrations of the better players to AFC. Sell poorer AFC players to Hearts for cash money. Sell the rest of the players for as much as possible. Sign Hearts up to long lease with SRU for use of Murrayfield Buy the land from Hearts Ltd Plc or whatever for nominal amount. Take apart stands at Tynecastle Demolish the Mainer at Pittodrie rebuild the Wheatfield stand in its place Sell one of the ends to Oxford. Use government grants for affordable housing to build houses on Tynecastle site, sell houses for more than the £25million land is valued at (say £30million 20% margin?)

If there was any semblance of non-biased journalism in Scottish football this line; would read: No idea why that, in amongst all the other Old Firm shit that goes on day after day in Scottish football, annoyed me. But it did. WANKERS!
-
The problem with that is each time you logged on you'd have to wade through around 20 to 30 posts form a handful of posters each with progressively worse spelling and grammar all saying the same thing, another 20 to 30 from the same posters congratulating each other on all "coming up" with the same opinion then a further 2 - 3 HUNDRED posts from the same posters with increasingly incoherent arguments, vilifying anyone who has a differing opinion - before you came across anything mildly interesting or amusing. As far as I'm concerned a chat room would the best place for that kind of "I need to be heard" crap where it's only on screen for a few seconds after someone has felt it worthy enough to post.

Steve Davis fails to put his clothes on the in the correct order after a quick initiation bumming session with trialist, Sone Aluko.

Maybe Craig Whyte will buy them for the SPL place once the hun are wound up.
