Maybe? Or they just know more people who take these decisions. I searched "asylum" on here and got this. If I remember there was nothing more we could do as they had to go to France, then all of a sudden he signed for the huns a few weeks later.
-
Remember when we had that youth player who was an asylum seeker that we had to release because his families case was dismissed (as they had settled for a month or two in France before coming to the UK) and we couldn't secure a work permit for him? Then a month or so later the old huns signed him and got him a work permit. It's just another symptom in the glasgow 2 disease that infects Scottish football.
-
Fair enough, seems to have a decent record albeit Dutch second division. Looks like a big lad and surprisingly white.
-
Where's this coming from? Looks to be available on a free, but English Championship clubs were supposed to be trying to sign him in January. See NAC also have Uwe Rosler's son on their books too
-
And here we have the secondary reason for his selection. Get him in the shop window for the huns.
-
If I was you min, I'd be more upset by the fact that she has a photo of her dogs on her twitter wearing hun scarfs.
-
Didn't we offer him a contract a few pages ago?

Sheerin of to Falkirk.

Aye, there was the Korean player that he commented about chinky's, slanty eyes and eating dogs. "having a go on" the female agent's (possibly) fake tits. And slagging the overweight Jewish football agents penchant for money and overall greed. It was with a colleague or colleagues on work mobiles, not private conversations? Not entirely sure that's "banter" either as none of the people being discussed were involved in the "banter". To me it would suggest an endemic workplace culture, and his attitude seems to be that he can say and do anything.
-
I don't doubt he is. I'd say it's impossible to be worth about £300 million, by being a nice guy. More the family image he likes to portray for his football club, doesn't really fit with MacKay's racist, misogynistic public persona.
-
Campbell should definitely be there. Maybe a case for Calvin Ramsay and Jack MacKenzie. Was surprised at the inclusion of 6 huns until I saw the opposition. Daniel MacKay is apparently a hibs player now.

Bid of an odd choice by Roy MacGregor.

Noel Whelan was part Colombian ?.

“I think they are holding out for a massive amount for him and I don’t think it’s going to happen.” Ferguson's agent obviously has a high opinion of his ability. That, along with; "Aberdeen are standing in the way of a “gentleman’s agreement” that the player has with the club, that should an opportunity for Ferguson to move to the Premier League arise, they would allow him to leave." Why didn't McMurdo negotiate that into the contract then? And “I have said to them that I’ve been in this business a long time and I have never known a buying club to ask a selling club for a price only for the selling club to say: ‘No, make us an offer’." Why didn't McMurdo also negotiate minimum release fee also? I'd question how he's been in the business a long time, with that level of contractual naivety and negotiate nous... If I was Ferguson I'd be looking for a new agent.

Considine was picked because of injuries and playing the system, Clarke was/is using, at club level. Not because they picked a/some celtic player(s) so have to have an Aberdeen player in the squad too. The boy's played 14 SPFL games because Tavernier was injured and 4 U21 games. Until Gerrard came out to justify their appeal against the Covid breach bans (purely so he had a right back to play against the tims) had anyone described him as a generational talent? You could even argue, (I wouldn't) that McCrorie was more deserving of a call up for RB.

There's definitely a player there. The question will be whether he challenges himself and goes to the english premier league or looks for the safe option and tries to join the huns. Load of Aberdeen fans on twitter tweeting he's not good enough for Watford suggesting they'll loan him out to the championship for a season or two to develop. I disagree, we thought he'd be a project player when he joined and he's been a regular since day one. huns commenting on the AFC statement that he's not worth £2 million and wouldn't get into their midfield are twice as bad. I know they're not the brightest bunch but no-one offered £2 million for the rat at any point and the only offer he had, as a free agent hitting his peak years, better than ours, was the huns (who'd finished behind us and would the following season too). How much do they think that mediocre pussy is worth, in their FM2022 and buckfast addled brains, now? Ferguson is 21 been a first team regular for 3 seasons, his career stats are something like a goal every 6 games an assist every 5 and a pass completion rate of around 75-80%. Couldn't find anything for key passes, tackles or key tackles but I'd imagine they are as good if not better than a lot of older more experienced and "better" players. I think the doesn't drive his team on is a bit unfair and probably has more to to with the lack of good prime players in the squad currently. I'm struggling to think of may top midfielders who were regularly (if ever) running games and driving their team to victory at 21. Rico's probably right, he usually is, that we are putting it out there as much a Ferguson and his agent as we want as much interest as possible to get the best fee we can. Could see the likes of Brentford maybe waiting to see if the reach the EPL through the play-offs and others waiting to finish the season and assess their squads before making offers. Although was it Jamie Redknapp? last night commenting on Kane's transfer request, said; when players do this it usually means they've got something agreed in principle with another club. Made me think hun deal agreed, thought they could get him on the cheap, and are panicking now were rejecting deals for not meeting our valuation. Especially the agents bit about us not giving a figure for Watford to match. That stinks of running back to the huns with "They'll take £3.5 million" or whatever.
-
I think it was only due to covid that he was here this last season. Unsure how the request reduces our bargaining power, due to the length of contract. Seems a pretty naive power play given the window isn’t even open yet. Only reason I can come up with, he is trying to push us into accepting whatever shrapnel the huns can find from down the back seats of Fatty McCoists 1987 XR3i. Before further decent offers come, in August from EPL clubs.
-
EFA Pandering to the new huns same as they pandered to the old ones. Absolute tokenism. I had to google him and I bet most folk out with the glasgow media bubble only know of him because of his lockdown breaches and Gerrard's subsequent comments. Can guarantee he wouldn't be there if the equally unworthy rat wasn't injured.

Just had a look at wiki, as thought JET might have been a left over McInnes target (still may be). Thought he might have signed him for Bristol City, but appears JET signed for both ourselves and Brizzle within a few months of McInnes getting punted.

Haven’t seen the video but from what I could work out from Twitter, changing the “do, do, do” in Sweet Caroline to “fuck the pope” -
2021 (not confirmed as leaving yet. Guessing all have been offered new deals?) McGinn (33) - past his best Devlin (27) - Always injured Ross (19)- Is he good enough? Anderson (22)- Probably not of the required standard Ngwenya (18) - Youth 2022 Hayes (33) - On the decline Hedges (25) - Give him a new contract McGeouch (28) - made of glass Ojo (29) - not of the required standard, hopefully finds a gig in england Considine (34) - coming to the end of his career Virtanen (22) - Is he good enough? Ruth (19) - Youth 2023 Campbell (20) - Needs to be a first pick next season Kennedy (26) - Rubbish McLennan (21) - Beginning to look like he won't be good enough MacKenzie (21) - Needs to be first pick LB next season Gallagher (30) - Pleased with this signing Brown (35) - Is he in decline, does it matter? Woods (30) - needs to push Lewis for No. 1 2024 Ferguson (21) - will be away as soon as enough money is offered Hernandez (23) - on loan doubt he'll ever be back McCrorie (23) - Nae sure? If we can double our money on him this summer, take it. Lewis (33)- Not as good as he was Ramsay (17)- Youth, but should play a decent part in next season. Unknown Ryan Duncan (17) - Youth Squad is hardly inspiring when you look at it...

Score line flattered the 9 year old club on the day they lifted their first ever trophy. First half we looked less assured at the back with Lewis in goal than we have in recent weeks. He chucks it in for the first, McLennan should probably foul the mink before he gets into the box for the second. Bit more composure, better cross and Fergie scores from Hayes. McLennan plays it to the back post to Kamberi, he probably scores. That, despite the fact we sat in and played on the break and looked awful. Glass makes changes at half time (why did he wait till half time?) we adapt our style employ a high press and should have had 2 penalties. Both were “stonewall”. Hornby and Ferguson, fucking useless… Good save by the rapist from Hedges. Still not convinced by Stephen Glass is Class but given the personal at his disposal it was alright regardless of the score line. Right back, a centre back, a poacher and a forward who can hold the ball up but as has been said they all need to be 1st choice game changers. See that Louis Moult has been released by Preston following major knee surgery. Would have been McInnes’ No.1 target.
