  1. Interesting use of sic?
  2. Well the article quotes Kyle's agent and not McGhee? Not much he can do about that.
  3. Did not know that, surely McGhee wouldn't have made decision based on that one game but had heard they weren't doing well. What about Bateman? I heard he's being released as well?
  4. Yeah, don't think either have done well on loan at Peterhead either so was not a surprise.
  5. Mainly the train aspect as far as I can mind, pubs are good in the town. It is miles from the town the ground but I have never been in a fit enough state to remember going to the ground to be honest. The rest of the points are rubbish, it is purely the booze that makes it a good day as you've got so long on it regardless where you are travelling from. If they stopped you taking booze on the train it would be up there with Kilmarnock in terms of epic rubbishness.
  6. So we're closing in on Kyle whilst not making an offer and his agents talking to 8 different clubs.....
  7. I have signed up, sending the form off today. Hope we get another Fyvie
  8. How many games did Pawlett even play though? I do agree with the overall sentiment though.
  9. If they were staying presumably you'd have to offer them a contract? I got a bad feeling they'll all be staying.
  10. Best Game/Result - 3-0 at Hearts Best Game / Scottish Cup win against Hearts at Pittodrie best result Worst Game/Result - Sigma worst game Raith Rovers worst results Player of the season - None Young player of the season - Fyvie Worst/most disappointing performer of the season - Mark Kerr Highlight of the season - Beating Utd at Tanndandice Low point of the season - Being 2-0 down in Oloumouc and not being drunk enough Confidence for next season (on a scale from 1 to 10) - 3
  11. What's his record like down there now, Killie never seem to score any goals.
  12. Think location could be more of a problem for us competing with St Johnstone for a player presumably at present living in the glasgow area.
  13. Glad you understood it
  14. It was based on your username, obviously I don't know you so just made an assumption, apologies.
  15. Anyone in it already? http://www.afc.co.uk/articles/20070329/how-redlottery-benefits-afc_2212160_982247 Going to sign up as we might get more Fyvie's apparently
  16. The casual punter does bother imo, i'd suggest more than you'd imagine and it will be more obvious in a new stadium unless they get the set up correct. Adeen is shafted imo, if you think about it crowds of about 9,000 in a city with a close shire upwards of 300,000 in total. Terrible, and its not that folk don't like football. As an example I lived 2 minutes from Pittodrie so would go to youth matches/reserve games when hosted at Pittodrie. When I lived in Alford (shire) I would only go to full team matches. Now I live further away I don't do TV matches and pick and choose what games I go to, maybe 20 in total each year. Therefore in my own experience location is a huge factor. I've seen you up at games every time I have been up and understand your a season ticket holder. I think as a result what I am saying you cant' relate to but I totally understand why folk choose not to go at times and therefore think the club/council has to do everything it can to make the new stadium seem appealing, even if it isn't.
  17. I remember that Prunty goal, it was the day I realised he really was worse than I had first feared.
  18. Wasn't even a shot at goal mate, just nothing happening at all.
  19. I remember that but to be fair Ifil offered no communication whatsoever and it was only after he walked past the ball that it became obvious he expected Nelson to gather it. Wasn't my idea of entertaining football but don't agree it was terrible, after watching arsenal and man city bore the feck out of me the night that was terrible!
  20. But with respect coming from Edinburgh and Glasgow you are in the minority of supporters. I think the last study showed the majority of the support came from the North of the city. The club has to make the stadium as accessible as possible. If anyone was in Munich that was well organised and I can't imagine us being that organised but even then I remember it being a long process to get to and from the stadium. The casual punter isn't going to bother for games against lower teams if you have to allow time for an hour to work your way through to the ground or something.
  21. Think that is the 3rd top being retained so new tops will be red and white you'd assume.
  22. I don't think that's the case, I would say he needs to gain a good yard of fitness though as he's put in a couple of dodgy tackles as a result of being pushed off the ball to easily. He was defo working hard though!
  23. I was comparing it to the Falkirk game which was truly awful.
  24. Nelson had a decent game, doubt Langfield would have done any better. He has to get game time imo. Overall it was a good game to watch but we more than rode our luck, don't think we deserved a point.
  25. I don't mind it, either way I only wear it for 5's anyway.
